I was brutally assaulted, raped, and almost murdered by medical professionals while I was a patient at Good Samaritan Medical Center in West Palm Beach for the birth of my first child. The attack resulted in severe permanent injuries and life altering disabilities. 

It beggars belief and it is beyond criminal that Good Samaritan Medical Center, a century old institution, has protocols and policies that allow a patient with no medical issues to be knowingly and deliberately treated with forced medical procedures. All medical procedures are inherently dangerous and it is unconscionable and depraved to force medical treatments on healthy people. Peculiarly, some of the providers, who injured me, were self professed Christians who apparently had never read their Bibles (“Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick.“ Luke 5:31)

The unnecessary manipulation of the body is the furthest thing from health. Without a diagnosis and without any evidence of a medical problem or a medical complaint, and through fraud and deception, I was treated with a large assortment of medical procedures without any medical justification. I was attacked with surgical scissors and an amnio hook among a plethora of other various gruesome assault techniques. The hospital demonstrated grave indifference to my life and discharged me in an uncorrected severe major hemorrhagic shock while I was actively bleeding from the many very serious untreated lacerations (among which a cervix completely severed in half on the left) caused by the extremely violent attack. 

My perfectly progressing natural labor was sped up for no medical reason and the baby was forced out before full dilation. After hours of unnecessary forced coached pushing, unnecessary artificial rupture of the membranes, and unnecessary forced genital and rectal “massages,” I was offered an unnecessary episiotomy under the fraudulent pretext to avoid tearing. The exact opposite occurred and once the cut was made with the surgical scissors, the baby shot out like a bullet and it sounded like a gunshot had been fired. The episiotomy resulted in severe extended tearing causing major abdominal and genital tract trauma. My vagina is a catastrophe and looks as if a bomb has exploded in it with the associated major mutilation and scarring.

Iatrogenesis is the causation of a disease, a harmful complication, or other ill effect by any medical activity, including diagnosis, intervention, error, or negligence. All the injuries I sustained in the hospital are iatrogenic and were caused by medically unnecessary interventions. Given their experience and training, the “medical professionals” taking “care” of me knew that treating a healthy patient without a medical issue with extremely violent “medical procedures” would inevitably cause great bodily harm and a substantial probability of death. They used lies, psychological destabilization, and mental trauma producing techniques to incite fear and panic in me to coerce me into medically unnecessary “medical procedures.” Their lies and systematic use of terror provoked intolerable levels of stress in me and I became an easy victim to their pursuit of extra profits and convenience.

The health authorities refused my request for due process, buried the evidence under the rock of “confidentiality” and did not order the judicial authorities to criminally prosecute. This behavior necessitated the writing of this report to the public. Simply put, I am the one I have been waiting for, this will end only when I end it. The government has become lawless and, if not for my efforts, the perpetrators will go unpunished. The enemy of criminality is the rule of law and truth. Per the doctrine of equitable tolling, whereby the defendants are impeding and obstructing justice, my criminal case is not subject to any statutes of limitations.

There is an obvious conflict of interest as the government will be prosecuting the government, therefore it is very important to give as much media and public attention to my case as possible to prevent the government from defrauding me again. The criminal trial is of immense public service and interest to every single Floridian as it tackles the illegality of forced medical treatments on a healthy person. Medical treatment must be voluntary, medically justifiable and never performed on healthy people who do not want treatment.

The corruption at Good Samaritan Medical Center is so excessive that this institution has refused to provide access to my original fetal monitor strips for over three years. This unequivocally proves that Good Samaritan Medical Center is beyond reform and must be shut down. I expect the punitive damages levied in the criminal trial for raping and assaulting a healthy patient with forced “medical procedures” and for the subsequent coverup of the attack to help dismantle Good Samaritan Medical Center. The most corrupt criminal court will not be able to get away with the extreme violation of bodily autonomy for forcing extraordinarily violent and psychopathic “medical procedures” on a healthy patient for no medical reason. My medical records were falsified and Good Samaritan Medical Center, the Florida Department of Health, and the Agency for Healthcare Administration deliberately and criminally cover up the incident. The Florida Department of Health is entrusted with filing criminal complaints on behalf of patients with the Florida Attorney General, but criminally refuses to do so. My criminal complaint is not subject to prosecutorial discretion as I was defrauded to undergo forced medical procedures to unnecessarily speed up my perfectly progressing natural labor without any indication or a diagnosis of a medical problem. Trained professionals know how dangerous speeding up normally progressing natural labor is, and this qualifies as intentional and premeditated attempted capital murder. Dispensing invasive and medically unjustifiable treatments through fraud and deception to a healthy patient without a diagnosis of a medical problem is a criminal matter by definition and cannot not be criminally prosecuted. Forced medical procedures on a healthy patient for no medical reason is a crime of extreme aggression and violence.

My labor and delivery summary lists my stay as a spontaneous vaginal delivery with no complications, while my hospital bill shows charges for an assortment of delivery medical procedures.

From a legal perspective, this is inescapable evidence of criminal premeditation. The medical professionals, entrusted with my care, knew that I had the perfect natural labor and despite of that “treated” me for no medical reason. Treatment follows diagnosis and cannot be performed without a diagnosis and informed consent. All treatments and medical procedures have side effects and it is criminal to treat a healthy person who needs no treatment against their will with forced medical procedures. I never agreed to treatment. I never needed any treatment. My labor should have remained undisturbed and allowed to evolve naturally in accordance with the laws of nature. No standard of medical care allows treatments or medical procedures performed on a patient without a proper diagnosis of a medical problem. This is patently criminal behavior. Treatment without a diagnosis must never, ever happen and the individuals responsible for this to happen in a medical institution belong in prison. I expect the criminal trial to result in the incarceration of several hundred people: all individuals involved in the direct attack, all individuals responsible for such attacks to be possible to happen in a medical institution, and all individuals responsible for the coverup of the attack.

To put the enormity of the crimes in perspective, this is equivalent to knowingly deceive a healthy patient that they need heart and kidney transplants and perform such invasive medical procedures on them. Invasive medical treatments performed on healthy people have zero health benefits and cause enormous health damages. I do not know a single person who would want to replace their healthy heart and kidneys with heart and kidney transplants.

I was admitted to the hospital in the midst of the perfect natural labor: slow, controlled, careful, with amniotic sac intact, and no complications. Such labor will not result in any injuries, and not even a first degree tear. I was in very good health and no prior injuries to the genital tract. Healthy women will always have slow, controlled, and careful labor as the tissues are very strong and healthy. The tissues of healthy women are very elastic and combined with slow, gentle, controlled, and careful labor will never be damaged. Childbirth does not cause injuries or complications in healthy women. Unhealthy women have unhealthy and loose tissues which often results in fast labor or complications. Fast labor is a very reliable indicator of underlying poor health. Very thankfully, I had the perfect labor and I could not have asked for better natural labor. Unfortunately for me, I did not know that Good Samaritan Medical Center is a den of corruption and psychopathy and I would be viciously assaulted and raped there as a patient. I was doomed to agonizing criminal “medical procedures” without this valuable information. If I knew what I know now, I would have chosen an unassisted home birth which would have resulted in no injuries, blood loss, or any problems. The perfect labor is automatic, involuntary and does not need any treatment or medical procedures. All the perfect labor needs is patience, you have to wait it out. In fact, natural labor is so gentle, I did not even know I was in labor until I went to the hospital to be checked after I felt cramps for hours. The nurse at the hospital told me I was in labor and I was very surprised because in my imagination labor was something different. In reality, labor is just a sequence of cramps. The good part of natural labor is that between these cramps you feel as though you are not in labor and you can go about your day as usual. Nature is majestic and natural labor is unique for every woman as it is fine tuned for each individual in the best possible way for mother and child. It is best to leave childbirth to nature unless there are complications. 

Nothing prepared me for the abuse at the hospital when I was admitted there as a patient. Ironically, upon admittance I felt safe and at peace because I thought I was in good hands. I thought I would have a spa like birthing experience in the safety of the hospital, but unfortunately the exact opposite occurred. Good Samaritan Medical Center is a torture dungeon pretending to be a medical institution with violent psychopathic criminals pretending to be medical professionals assaulting and raping patients, and falsifying medical records.

Natural labor is a process and, for a healthy woman, will take a couple of days. It is well known that birthing animals need peace and quiet during labor. At Good Samaritan Medical Center they do everything possible to disturb you and traumatize you during labor in the most vicious, cruel, and perverted manner. At no point was I left to labor in peace and quiet at this place. All “services” were rushed. As I was given a room and a gown, nurse Ryan Gavagni came in the room with what appeared to be a nurse in training and instructed her to place an IV port in my right arm. The nurse broke the vein in my right arm so severely I had a huge foot long bruise on my arm for weeks after that. This is why they placed the IV port in the left arm. Then I was rushed through signing forms while I was in the bed. Shortly after midwife Kathleen R. Philbin arrived and informed me that I was 10 cm dilated. I was angry at myself for not getting to the hospital sooner as I wanted undisturbed labor. Especially for a first time mother, I find it very distressing to give birth upon arrival. Everything evolved at disturbingly lightning speed which was very stressful and uncomfortable for me. I was expecting a laid back approach and was hoping to catch some sleep before the birth. At first, I thought midwife Philbin arrived to check on me and I was very impressed with her dedication to her work to come to the hospital in the middle of the night. This turned out too good to be true. It turned out she wanted me to give birth immediately for convenience and profits. She told me that I was 10 cm dilated, but even I knew that people can be 10 cm dilated for hours before the baby comes out. I assume as a trained professional she knew that too. It is impossible to have been 10 cm dilated because my cervix severed in half on the left during the unnatural baby extraction. My body was guiding me to have a “safe” sleep in the hospital as it was the middle of the night. Instead, I had to endure the most violent hours long sustained attack in all of my life disguised as “care.” It started with what I learned the hard way to be some madness I had studied in childbirth classes with Ruth Kraft, an instructor who worked for the Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies program for Palm Beach County. It is called “changing positions during labor,” the most ridiculous contortion positions exercise that goes against the guidance of the body. This is extremely stressful and unnecessary and the real purpose of doing this is to easily manipulate the mother into forced medical procedures for profit. The body guides you towards what is most comfortable for it, not some predatory instructor. It is criminal that Ruth Kraft and midwife Philbin promote such garbage. During this brutal unnecessary contortion exercise midwife Philbin was constantly draping herself unnecessarily over me. Philbin’s draping over me and staring at me with what I know now was an empty psychopathic stare really stressed me. I hired Philbin for her supposed expertise of which I had to discover the hard way she had none. The stress made the contractions hurt and for the first time in my labor I threw up. This was unbearable, disgusting, and inexcusable behavior. At some point during the contortion exercises as I propped myself on the bed rail I felt an unpleasant touch on my hand. I looked and I saw Philbin’s hand propped on top of mine and squeezing it. At this point I could not help it and I screamed at her that I do not want to be touched. The invasion of space and harassment was unbelievable. The lack of humanity and patience is horrendous at this place. After the contortions I requested to go to the restroom as I had learned in Ruth Kraft’s class that a full bladder might impede delivery. Once I entered the restroom everything was back to magical. It was peaceful, quiet and no people staring at and draping themselves on me. I urinated, felt wonderful and as I opened the door to the delivery room and saw these people there made me feel as wanting to cry and suffocating in my throat. It was a negative and impatient energy. 

It saddens me that something so majestic as first time birth is reduced to this violent and psychopathic rushed disposal of mother and child. These people use fear as a powerful motivator. Threats to health and threats to life are incredibly powerful. They use lies and manipulation to scare you into doing what they want. Fear will cause most people to compensate psychologically and become very vulnerable and gullible and easy to manipulate. It is a great business model if you are evil and these people are evil monsters who feed off the patient’s fear. The more scared you are, instead of soothing you and acting in your best interest, the more they take advantage of you. They are liars and predators. First, they lie that there is a problem and then they scare you with the non existent problem. Then, as you get damaged by their non-solution to a problem that never existed, they charge you to deal with the damage in an incompetent manner. This creates a medical customer for life. I never imagined the depth of evil I encountered at Good Samaritan Medical Center. 

As I reached the bed and midwife Philbin hooked back the monitors she informed me with a whiney voice that I had to be coached to push. I was already very anxious from all that had transpired before but thankfully managed to find the courage to tell her that the baby was supposed to come on its own. Midwife Philbin replied with a very stern voice that I had to be coached to push implying that this was the only option available to me, as she impatiently shoved me towards the bed by my shoulder. Philbin lied right into my face and scared me immensely. 

Weeks later I requested my medical documents from Good Samaritan Medical Center to find out the medical diagnosis provided to justify all these bizarre and violent “medical procedures.” I was shocked to discover that my delivery was written off as a spontaneous vaginal delivery with no complications. I cannot describe the negative feeling I experienced after reading this. This is the criminals indicting themselves. The brazen criminals did not even bother to write a fake diagnosis to cover up their crimes. These are mercenaries for profit. I have come to understand that the enterprise of giving birth in a hospital is actually, first and foremost, an exercise in ruthless profit-making. The extreme brazenness of the crime is sickening. A few years later I learned from one of my neighbors that while a relative of his was a patient at Good Samaritan Medical Center for a non Covid related matter, the hospital forced him to undergo a test for Covid and announced to him that he needed to be treated for Covid even though he did not have any Covid symptoms. My neighbor told me that his relative had to hire a lawyer to sign documents that he did not have Covid to escape forced treatment for Covid. This hospital is out of control with forced treatments on people. At least, in this man’s case they had the common courtesy to write a fake diagnosis of a problem. In my case they did not even bother to write a fake diagnosis of any medical issue. I grew up in a medical family and I was taught that treatment follows diagnosis. I never knew it was even a remote possibility to treat a patient without a diagnosis of a medical issue. Good Samaritan Medical Center is completely out of control. The most experienced criminal defense attorneys and the most corrupt, biased, and prejudiced criminal court will not be able to get away with the crimes against me. Out of sheer intellectual curiosity I want to see how the evil perpetrators will try to wiggle out of accountability in court. I think that they might try to sweep everything under the rug by claiming negligence, miscommunication, or something similarly benign. To claim a benign reason for the attack, they first have to prove that they followed protocol, policy, and instruction, and I do not see how this is possible as there should not be any hospital protocols or policies that allow treatment without a diagnosis. This is laughable. You treat for no reason, you go to prison, as simple as that is. The perfect labor is to be celebrated, not “treated” with ritualistic “medical procedures.” If the perpetrators bring up the argument that they defrauded many other people and got away with the fraud in their case and therefore they are entitled to get away with the crimes against me, this is even more laughable. The most corrupt criminal court will not let them get away with such an argument. This was a willful premeditated fraud that took hours of an extremely violent attack and very specialized knowledge to accomplish. It also took years of felony criminal conspiracy between various individuals and government agencies to cover up the criminal attack. The perpetrators have a lockstep approach to covering up their crimes. These people do not feel guilty that they severely damaged me, they are angry at me for not letting them get away with their crimes. This was never about care. They do not care as they do not want to be held accountable. A caring person who has made an honest mistake wants to make amends. These people do the exact opposite. Instead of correcting bad behavior, they up the ante and become even more vicious and criminally inclined. Nurse Ryan Gavagni who helped to injure me, also helped to kill a mother a few days after my attack in the same violent manner I was psychopathically and violently attacked. One of the providers who killed her publicly stated that the woman started to push too early and this was why she experienced severe injuries resulting in blood loss. The criminal Florida Department of Health concluded that the woman’s cervix was severely lacerated by an amnio hook, the most ridiculous story to cover up the crime that the woman was forced to push before full dilation. First of all, there should not be any pushing in childbirth unless it is a dire medical necessity, and second of all, at Good Samaritan Medical Center the provider orders you to push. It disgusts me how the perpetrators use language to cover up their crimes. They say “she pushed,” “you bled,” “you tore,” as though they had nothing to do with it and everything happened on its own. In reality, they cause the pushing, they cause the bleeding, they cause the tearing. They knowingly engage in methodical, premeditated and intentional harmful actions taken in bad faith and self interest to incapacitate and injure patients on purpose for extra profits. These people fundamentally do not understand that they are servants and they have to act in the patient’s best interest. They looked at me as their prey. 

In one of the childbirth classes I attended with Ruth Kraft, she told me that if I wanted a natural childbirth, I should had given birth abroad as it would take 20 years to change the system for this to be possible in the United States. This is obviously not true as I could have had an unassisted natural home birth in the United States. Every human being has a legitimate individual right to refuse, for any reason, any kind of medical “care.” I am not government property and cannot be forced through fraud and deception into bizarre, violent, and psychopathic medical procedures I do not want or need. I am not a slave or a stockyard animal to be brutalized like this. My body and my life belong entirely and exclusively to myself, not to “The State,” not to "The People,” not to "The Nation.” This is coercion and it is predatory. People who forced and coerced people into unnecessary medical “care” should be obliged to sell everything they own to fund compensation for the damaged people. Coercion is not consent. Fraud is not consent. Without full disclosure, there can be no informed consent. Treatment on healthy people is not commonly performed. Without a diagnosis or a medical complaint, no medical professional can “treat.” You treat for no reason, you go to prison. 

The principle that every person has the right to determine what shall be done to her or his body, and the further right to the protection of her or his bodily integrity against invasion by others, is foundational in common law. Midwife Philbin has had lawsuits against her for botched (and most likely unnecessary) inductions. Unbelievably, the complaint about one of the failed inductions alleges that midwife Philbin was instructing a mother to push even though the fetal monitors were indicating a problem with the baby and the baby was failing to descent. Supposedly, Philbin failed to pay attention to the monitors. This is not an excuse, as firstly, there should not be any pushing in childbirth, you should not be instructing anybody to push unless there is a dire medical necessity, and secondly, you can easily see that the woman is struggling to push as her body is not ready for birth. This is equivalent to claiming that you do not know whether a person is in cardiac arrest due to lack of proper equipment despite of this person being decapitated. Do you really need any medical equipment to be able to tell whether a decapitated person is in cardiac arrest or not? I do not know how any medical professional worth their salt accepts these ridiculous narratives. I, personally, heard a complaint from a woman who gave birth in April of 2017 at Good Samaritan Medical Center that she was harassed to start pushing. Thankfully, she was a second time mother and she physically forced the delivery nurse out of her room and waited for labor to evolve naturally. In the case of the murder that happened a few days after my botched delivery at the hospital, there are even more ridiculous narratives to cover up the crimes. Apart from the aforementioned lie that her cervix was torn by an amnio hook, the perpetrators did not even bother to keep their stories straight. In one publicly available source the provider was not at the hospital when the woman died, while in another he just arrived in time to see her die. Supposedly, he had left the hospital to change his scrubs and a sock because they were drenched in blood. I would not be surprised that the victim was dead for a while before anybody paid any attention to her. Most likely they forgot her in the Intensive Care Unit and she bled out to death from the non accidental trauma the providers caused her. Good Samaritan Medical Center is a cesspool of sheer undiluted evil. 

After a couple of years of complaints, the criminal Florida Department of Health finally emailed me a letter in which they claimed that two independent experts reviewed my case and determined that there was no standard of care issue in my case. The letter read: “A woman’s labor can be a traumatic, physical, and emotional experience and, in this case, resulted in undesired physical changes to her body, especially to the pelvic floor area; however, those changes are not due to improper or insufficient care but, rather, a physiological consequence of labor.” As though pregnancy and birth are such abnormal experiences that what I experienced is completely expected. Having a child is not pathologic. What is pathologic is having your cervix severed in half on the left. Natural labor cannot do that, only a “medical procedure” can accomplish such an injury. The attack is unequivocal, supported by a massive amount of ironclad evidence and the resulting damage is enormously significant. My emailed response to the Florida Department of Health letter read “MY LABOR WAS NOT TRAUMATIC AND DID NOT CAUSE ANY INJURIES. I was already 20 hours into my labor as I was admitted to the hospital. There was not a single tear upon my arrival to the hospital and fetal descend was happening beautifully on its own through the uterine contractions. My labor was perfect and did not cause a single undesired physical change to my body.

The undesired physical changes to my body (torn cervix, torn perineum, torn vagina and pelvic structures, severe blood loss) were causes only and solely by the EXTREMELY BRUTAL, BARBARIC, TRAUMATIC, AND MEDICALLY UNNECESSARY INTERVENTIONS used by Philbin to speed up a normally and healthfully progressing labor: barbaric coached forced pushing, breaking the water, rape, ripping the placenta out. She performed these interventions without informed consent and through fraud. The undesired severe tearing and tearing induced inevitable prolapse were caused directly and solely by Philbin’s medically unnecessary interventions and absolutely nothing else. My labor did not injure me, Philbin’s interventions did. PHILBIN WAS SO BRUTAL THAT SHE ALMOST MURDERED ME WITH HER INTERVENTIONS. My partner told me that it was very traumatic for him to observe the brutality of forcing the baby out. Labor should have been left undisturbed.” 

These two “independent experts” came to the same absurd conclusion that I had traumatic labor and my labor caused the injuries. Per their “independent expert” opinion, the provider bears no responsibility for my injuries. I had the most perfect labor and I was in well above average health. My labor not only did not cause the injuries, it did the exact opposite, my labor mitigated the injuries caused by Philbin’s attack. If Philbin had performed the psychopathic and violent “medical procedures” before I was in labor, she would have certainly killed me. Thankfully, she performed the procedures after my perfect labor was already underway and this combined with my above average health saved my life. My injuries are the result of the medical speeding up of natural labor which required very specialized knowledge and skill level to accomplish. I sustained severe and extensive non accidental trauma that can never be caused by undisturbed natural labor. Only a provider has the necessary knowledge and skill to cause such injuries. My labor did not instruct me to do coached pushing, my labor did not artificially rupture the amniotic sac, my labor did not rape me, my labor did not insert fingers in my rectum, my labor did not perform an episiotomy, my labor did not cut the cord prior to the delivery of the placenta, my labor did not rip out my placenta, my labor did not administer Pitocin, my labor did not stitch me incompetently, my labor did not discharge me in an uncorrected major hemorrhagic shock with multiple bleeding severe untreated lacerations, and my labor did not falsify the medical documents. Philbin did. 

Undisturbed natural labor will never sever my cervix in half on the left. Philbin did it with coached pushing and an episiotomy. They use coached pushing to cause a dangerous rise in intraabdominal pressure and then they perform an episiotomy to expel the baby out with tremendous force. If I had not witnessed how the baby exploded out from my body first hand I would not believe anything like this was even remotely possible. It was a very surreal experience. The criminal case is ironclad, no criminal court will get away with forcing “treatment” for no reason on a healthy person with the most perfect natural labor. The perfect natural labor is to be celebrated, not treated. The attack qualifies as attempted capital murder. The two “independent experts” belong in prison for covering up the attack. Obviously, these two people are neither independent, nor experts. You cannot coordinate the work of two independent experts to come to the same ridiculous conclusion unless they have been coordinated by the same authority. This is a felony criminal conspiracy to defraud a patient. All of the people and institutions involved are repeat offenders and they will never stop defrauding patients unless I stop them by holding them accountable. Without informed consent, against all regulatory and ethical standards, they defraud patients with impunity as nobody is stopping them. Nobody wants to make an effort to put a stop to this, therefore I took it upon myself to stop them. The predators have no moral code to eliminate the dangerous predatory environment and this inaction results in more fraud.

Good Samaritan Medical Center is a part of Tenet Healthcare Corporation. Tenet Healthcare Corporation allowed an attack on a birthing mother in 2012 in one of its hospitals. The injured woman, Caroline Malatesta, was attacked for 6 minutes by the “medical professionals” who were shoving the baby inside her vagina because the main provider had not arrived at the hospital yet. In my case the “medical professionals” attacked me in the same manner but in the opposite direction. They forced the baby out before full dilation because the provider arrived too early. Tenet Healthcare Corporation knew that there are predators in its hospitals and did nothing to stop such attacks. I do not want to minimize Caroline Malatesta’s injuries, but in my case the predators outdid themselves. My attack lasted for hours on end, not a bare 6 minutes, complete with severe genital tract and pelvic trauma, rape, losing consciousness, and near deathly blood loss. As if this was not enough, they upped the ante even more and killed a woman a few days after my attack by forcing the baby of this woman out before full dilation too. Hospital treatments are simply mass criminal attacks.

The punishment for attacking patients needs to be so severe and provide such a permanent deterrent that it will eradicate this type of behavior of any would be predators once and for all and no one will ever dare attempt anything like this ever again. When hospital staff and providers can be sued on a personal level for their crimes, then and only then, they may think twice. Explicit instructions and protocols were not followed and each and everyone of them must lose their job, licenses and be named in a criminal lawsuit so they can never be a part of anything like this happening again. 

I was shocked by the stories of victims of obstetrics violence provided by organizations that promote birth rights. Among the many examples of violent criminal abuse is a “procedure” in which the provider places a towel on top of the patient’s genitals to hide what they are doing and lacerates the perineum manually to speed up labor for their convenience and extra profits. By definition, medical freedom is the right to choose the care one receives for their own body. I never chose to be attacked. This is not care, this is an abomination. In fact, I choose the opposite, I choose not to be attacked. I choose not to hire these people, I choose not to be at this hospital. I fell victim to the opposite due to lack of knowledge of the extensive criminal activities of the Florida Department of Health, the Agency for Healthcare Administration, Good Samaritan Medical Center, and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

This is not a nickel candy bar theft, these are crimes against humanity. I was robbed of everything, normal labor, healthy life, bodily autonomy. I want to see accountability. There are no words to describe how desperate a human feels when their body is abused. I have to live with this. Physical and sexual abuse is not nothing or just a fad, it is real and destroys lives. Natural birth is not a medical procedure. I am a reasonable person and I need a reason to undergo a medical procedure. Especially, “medical procedures” that are of extremely violent nature that defy the imagination. What we know today as allopathic medicine, or Rockefeller medicine, was founded over a hundred years ago by people with a freemasonry background. At its core the religion of the freemasons is based on a version of Satanism. Not surprisingly, the allopathic “medical procedures” sold to me were very similar to bizarre Satanic rituals: ritualistic forced pushing to the count of 10, bizarre spreadeagled supine position with genitals at full display, breaking the water, rape and sodomy, use of oils, bleeding to near death, ripping out placentas, cutting the body, fear and terror tactics, and an additional extensive assortment of physical and emotional trauma. Hospitals have become temples of human sacrifice. 

These people and institutions carry malice toward their patients. They maim patients intentionally for extra profits and convenience. They create disease and injuries and are rewarded handsomely for interfering as much as possible in natural processes to get extra profits. They lie and they do so very intentionally. There is a very dark agenda behind all of this. In stark contrast, natural birth does not have any rituals and evolves on its own in accordance with the laws of nature. It is much wiser to trust in the best intelligence present in nature, which has mastered and successfully used all the principles of life and used them successfully to maintain all life forms from the beginning of time. Unless there is a genuine medical necessity it is best to get out of the way of nature, it is best to step aside and allow nature to proceed with its work, undisturbed by “medical procedures.”

I have come to the inescapable conclusion that postpartum depression is a fraud. The evil “medical professionals” have obviously invented this nebulous diagnosis to cover up their crimes. The more appropriate name should be post medical rape or medical trauma depression. They use all methods under the sun to butcher, poison, and traumatize you for profit. I have never heard of postpartum depression as a child growing up in Bulgaria. I have very rarely heard of people sustaining some trauma or complications during pregnancy or childbirth and getting depressed after that. All types of trauma (mental, physical, or emotional) affect hormones. I have never heard of a case of depression associated with normal uncomplicated natural births in Bulgaria. I am very curious if our Governor DeSantis would agree to undergo a c-section, a cut in his perineum with surgical scissors, genital and rectal massages performed on him by a sexually unattractive man, and almost deathly blood loss with loss of consciousness so we can compare notes on whether he would feel depressed after that. His depression cannot be called “postpartum” as obviously he would not have a baby inside. I was “treated” for no reason, so I do not see why Governor DeSantis cannot be “treated” for no reason either. I wonder, if such “treatments” were forced on him without consent whether he would want to file criminal charges for such unnecessary “care.”

One of the saddest lessons of history is this: if people have been defrauded long enough, they tend to reject any evidence of the fraud. They are no longer interested in finding out the truth. The fraud has captured them. It is simply too painful to acknowledge, even to themselves, that they have been taken. Once you give a fraudster power over you, you almost never get it back. The patients have been defrauded for a very long time by the powers that be with appealing to one’s emotions, half truths, red herrings, deceit, and deception. The fraud is not simply a series of mistakes by those in charge. It seems like an extraordinary pattern of mistakes to just be the result of stupidity or politics. The mythology spun by the medical community has told us that we cannot be healthy without medical help. They want to defraud us to buy whatever they want us to buy in ignorant acceptance and inappropriate tolerance.

I was defrauded at the hospital and my perfectly progressing natural labor was criminally sped up for no reason. I was induced without any medical necessity and the baby was forced out prematurely before full dilation. In one of my multiple conversations with employees from Good Samaritan Medical Center, a woman by the name of Sabra Henry told me that I was coached to push from the middle of the birth canal “to speed up labor.” I asked her why my labor was sped up and she had no explanation. This woman was so astoundingly incompetent that she claimed that she could not see any problems with my delivery from the medical records.

There is a multitude of major red flags in my medical records that immediately prove that I had a botched childbirth. The first most obvious red flag is that the pushing stage of labor is listed as lasting 1 hour and 13 minutes. Natural labor does not have a pushing stage as there is no pushing in natural childbirth. Pushing is associated only with medical births (inductions), not natural births. Even more unbelievably, the medical records claim that I had been pushing while squatting prior to the 1 hour and 13 minutes pushing stage despite of the fact that I had natural labor. Women in a coma give birth as long as labor is natural because there is no pushing in natural births. In natural births the contractions are solely responsible for fetal descent and for birthing both the baby and the placenta. The contractions are governed by the autonomous nervous system and are not subject to the mother’s conscious control. There are many publicly available news stories about women in a coma who have been raped by the “help” and due to neglect nobody noticed that the women were pregnant until the baby and placenta naturally delivered on their own. Pushing is only used in inductions, and even then pushing should be used only in dire medical necessity, as pushing always causes some level of injury to both mother and child. As a child growing up in Bulgaria I have never ever heard of the word “pushing” associated with childbirth there at the time, nor have I ever heard of vitamin K being administered to the baby after birth. I first heard the word “pushing” associated with childbirth when I moved to the United States years ago. This is the reason why vitamin K is administered to infants in the United States as inductions and the associated pushing are popular and cause injury to the infants’ brain. In natural births, unlike inductions, it is very difficult to cause a brain injury to the baby as there is no pushing and no artificial rupture of the membranes. The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), a criminal organization pretending to care about women’s health and whose psychopathic protocols are heeded by medical institutions should be charged with crimes against humanity for promoting pushing in childbirth without dire medical necessity. ACOG is not unlike the criminal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), which promote criminal Covid protocols to injure and kill patients deliberately. The second major red flag in my medical documents is provided by the results of the complete blood count (CBC) panel that is performed before delivery and also 24 hours after delivery. My hemoglobin drops from 11 to 8, an immediate proof of a botched childbirth. In natural births to healthy women there is very minimal bleeding as there is no damage to the genital tract and no wound in the uterus because the placenta delivers naturally. Bleeding in childbirth is associated only with medical births (inductions, c-sections, or births with complications) as they produce lots of injury to the body. The third major red flag in my medical documents is the administration of Pitocin after the delivery of the placenta. In natural births with no complications administration of Pitocin is not only unnecessary but outright detrimental. I have always wondered why American women have placental delivery issues with multiple pregnancies. There are many older immigrant women in the area who have had about a dozen children born abroad and never experienced placental delivery issues. In stark contrast, American women have so many problems with multiple pregnancies of just a few babies. I witnessed first hand what they do in American hospitals to set up women for failure and cause placental delivery issues. The normal progression of natural childbirth is: first the baby delivers on its own, then the placenta delivers on its own, and then nature clamps the cord on its own. At Good Samaritan Medical Center they force the baby out through an induction before mother and baby are ready using the most barbaric methods to accomplish this task and then forcefully clamp and cut the cord prior to the delivery of the placenta. This is a very evil practice that ensures more difficulty for the placenta to deliver naturally. Then they induce the delivery of the placenta by ripping it out manually and then they administer Pitocin and brutal uterine “massages” to stop the resulting bleeding. In addition to the immediate windfall of charging you for the Pitocin and the “massage,” this brutal evil practice creates a wound in the uterus at the place of attachment of the placenta to the uterus and results in the formation of scar tissue. This is why they lie to women in the United States that bleeding resembling a heavy period after childbirth is normal. Such bleeding is definitely not normal, but they have normalized it to deceive women that injury to the uterus from improper delivery of the placenta is normal as they are accustomed to injuring most women. If in subsequent pregnancies the new placenta attaches to the location of scar tissue created from previous botched births, the woman runs a very high risk of placental abruption or placenta accreta. This is a great business model to create more profits at the expense of mother and child. Birth is best left to nature. The unnatural birthing methods used at Good Samaritan Medical Center balloon the bill and create a future customer with complications. It is criminal, evil, psychopathic, and barbaric what they do at this place. The improper delivery of the placenta also causes higher probability of infections and difficulty with breastfeeding. I could not breastfeed because my body did not produce milk due to the injuries. The fourth obvious red flag is that midwife Philbin wrote down that my labor had completed and full dilation had been reached shortly after her arrival at the hospital. It is absurd to think that labor was anywhere near completion upon midwife Philbin’s arrival to the hospital as the fetal monitor strips show contractions going for hours after the supposed completion of labor. The fifth red flag is the discrepancy of midwife Philbin’s handwritten notes and the hospital notes. They show full dilation to have been reached at different times, an hour and a half apart. These people write whatever they want in the notes to suit themselves. The medical notes are an exercise in creative writing. The sixth red flag is that my contraction pattern very suddenly changed from contractions of 5 to 6 minutes apart to contractions of 3 minutes apart. Nothing in the human body happens suddenly for no reason. Midwife Philbin artificially ruptured the membranes between two contractions and this changed the contraction pattern. A whole book can be written as to why it is very detrimental to break the membranes artificially. In natural births nature knows when it is best to break the water. Midwife Philbin never recorded that she ruptured the membranes artificially, which is a major assault on natural labor. The seventh red flag is the performance of an episiotomy, a cut into the perineal muscles with surgical scissors. Episiotomy is a hallmark of a medical birth. Natural births with no complications never need an episiotomy. As they speed up labor artificially, they have to perform an episiotomy because the body is not ready for birth. Instead of waiting out for labor to stretch out the tissues naturally, they cut the vaginal opening to force the bay out faster. The eighth red flag is that Philbin placed two orders for bottles of oil to perform “massages.” The first order was for one bottle of oil. Unfortunately, the disgusting “massage” did not produce any relaxation, the exact opposite occurred, my vagina locked in severe vaginismus. Vaginismus is a normal natural response to rape. It must have been clear to Philbin from the very beginning that somebody like me would never be sexually attracted to somebody like her. In addition, when my body locked in vaginismus she should have immediately stopped the vile “massage.” It is obvious to me that she was pleasuring herself at my expense. Not only that she did not stop doing what was not working, she placed a second order for two more bottles of oil and continued to “massage” even more vigorously. The vaginal “massage” eventually morphed into a rectal “massage.” I have never recovered from the rape.

Sabra Henry asked me in an irritated voice “What do you want? What do you want? Surgery?” She dared to offer me surgery for my injuries fully knowing that surgeries for my condition are a fraud and cause further damage. I instantly refused.  

A head nurse, by the name of Melody Hackett also could not answer the question as to why my perfect labor was sped up. She told me that she did not know why midwife Philbin wanted the baby out. She obviously knew that forced labor damages the genital tract as she cheerfully told me that next time labor would be faster. It beggars belief and it is absolutely unacceptable for a hospital to hire people like Melody Hackett making light of patients’ injuries. I have always wondered why American women have faster labors with consecutive births and why their genital tracts get damaged from childbirth. Unfortunately, I obtained the answer the hard way. Hospitals engage in predatory behavior to damage patients with medically unjustifiable deliberately detrimental “medical procedures” for extra profits.

The perfect labor is slow, controlled, careful, with amniotic sac intact, and no complications. You want such labor, you do not want to speed it up, labor is there for a reason and it is not supposed to be skipped. Slow, controlled, careful labor has a lot of benefits for both mother and child. One of the most important benefits of such labor is that it does not produce injuries to the mother, or to the baby. Such labor will never result in a brain bleed for the baby plus it molds the baby’s head perfectly. Pregnancy can result in misshapen head in utero as the mother may, for example, prefer to sleep more on one side. Nature is magnificently intelligent and corrects this during labor. Two or three days of slow, controlled, and careful labor will produce the perfect head shape for the baby. The deformed cone heads indicative of fast or forced labor are detrimental to the young brain and often result in traumatic injuries and brain bleeds. This is why American women are offered the vitamin K shot. Unnatural birthing methods necessitate the administration of mega doses of vitamin K. I am absolutely certain that, if my daughter was not administered the vitamin K shot, she would have died due to a brain hemorrhage from the severity of the trauma of her forced barbaric induction. My daughter’s deformed head and my severely permanently damaged genital tract remind me every single day of the butchery through which she was born. Babies’ heads are far too sensitive for this barbaric treatment. Why would you replace the majesty of the perfect natural labor with a garbage medically unjustifiable induction?

I spent two years after my botched childbirth attending childbirth education classes to conduct my investigation. I attended classes taught by Socorro Caanen, Anne Mejeur, and Ruth Kraft.

Socorro Caanen advised me to look up the station the baby was at admittance to the hospital. I was admitted while the baby was located at station 0 (the middle of the birth canal) and shortly thereafter I was brutalized to start pushing. Caanen is a somewhat odd person, who in one of her classes claimed that she breastfed her son until he was 6 years old and in another class claimed that she breastfed him until he was 4. She minimized my injuries by saying “You got the baby,” knowing fully well that I would have gotten the baby without the midwife just fine and without the injuries. She claimed that if you are admitted too early in labor to the hospital, you have to be subjected to “the cascade of interventions.” This cannot possibly be true as no provider can perform a medical intervention on a patient without medical justification. You treat for no reason, you go to prison. This is extreme criminal behavior.

Anne Mejeur told me that the delivery nurse was not supposed to call the midwife until the baby had descended to station +5 (the vaginal opening) and the vaginal opening had really stretched out and ready for birth. I estimate that the midwife cut my labor short by about a day by speeding up my perfectly progressing natural labor. In fact, it is unconscionable that nurse Gavagni called the midwife to come to the hospital at all in my case. I was quite ignorant back then and erroneously believed that complications can arise for no reason. Nurse Gavagni, on the other hand, knew better and knew that I did not have any complications. A midwife is necessary only in case of complications. The perfect labor does not need a midwife. In truth, a midwife is a burden if there is nothing wrong. The only logical conclusion is that the hospital calls an unnecessary midwife to the delivery to charge for services that are worthless, unnecessary and extremely detrimental to profit on the patient’s back. These unnecessary people performed unnecessary medical procedures on me for no other reason than to exploit me. The unnecessary speeding up of labor is very profitable as it requires specialized knowledge and medical interventions for money. The resulting injuries are also very profitable. It is a great business model. The irony is that these people want me to pay them for something they should be paying me. Apparently, it is a common phenomenon to speed up labor for no reason at this hospital. I wonder whether, in the murdered woman’s case, nurse Gavagni called the provider Berto Lopez to the hospital when the victim’s baby was positioned barely at station 0 too.

Ruth Kraft advertised her services as a doula, first and foremost, in all the childbirth classes I attended with her. Essentially, her message was that the childbirth providers are so untrustworthy that hiring a doula to fight for your best interest is a necessary prerequisite for a good childbirth experience. I believe her.

A Jamaican neighbor of mine, a mother of seven children, told me that she was 14 years old when she gave birth to her first child in Jamaica over 50 years ago. She told me that when she went to the hospital to give birth to her first child, they gave her a room and told her to holler if there was something wrong and left her. She labored by herself in the room, the baby was born, the placenta was born, she played with the baby and a few hours later the nurse dropped by to see how she was doing, cut the cord, and that was it. Only once in her seven births she had a “complication” whereby a nurse cut the cord prior to the delivery of the placenta. She told me that this was horrible as the placenta would not deliver because of this. She had to have a uterine massage to help the placenta to deliver. Eventually, as the placenta delivered after the long and very painful uterine massage, she lost more blood than usual. The moral of the story is that birth better be left to nature, if it is not broken do not fix it.

Recently, I had the privilege to witness the local community cat give birth in my backyard. She was a first time mother and I was very impressed with how slowly the first kitten slithered out from her. It took at least 10 minutes for his whole body to come out. The cat was lying on her side with one of her back legs lifted and she never strained to push. I assume it was only her contractions delivering the baby. The baby was born in the amniotic sac and was not moving, so at first I thought he was dead. Shortly after the placenta delivered on its own, the cat ate the placenta and the amniotic sac and the baby started stretching. At this time I realized the kitten was so comfortable during his birth that he was asleep. The same happened with the second and also with the third kitten. Their births were so comfortable, slow, controlled, gentle, and non violent that the kittens were born fast asleep. Two days later as I visited the cat and her three kittens, I saw a newly born fourth kitten still wet from her birth. It took this cat two more days of labor to birth the fourth kitten. This means all in all the cat was in labor for four days in total to give birth to the whole litter. Now they are all strong and healthy growing kittens. In contrast, my daughter was forced out after barely one single day of labor with such severe violence that she was born screaming in terror at the top of her lungs. She was certainly not asleep during the hours long forced induction butchery and projectiled out in a split second after the episiotomy. 

Many years ago an acquaintance told me that her cat had given birth and she had assisted in the birth by pulling the kittens out. She told me the cat lost a lot of blood and the kittens died a short while later. At the time I thought that the cat had some sort of complications for this to happen and now, after having observed my community cat give birth years later, I realized that the “help” this person rendered caused the blood loss and the death of the kittens. You do not pull kittens out, you let nature slowly and gently deliver them in its due course on its own. My community cat had no assistance and barely lost two drops of blood in the delivery. Most likely my acquaintance by force pulling the kittens out pulled on the placentas too and this is why the blood loss happened back then. Blood loss and retained placenta make the mother cat unable to breastfeed and the kittens died. Philbin did the same to me, she forced the baby out and ripped out my placenta, obviously with nefarious intent for extra profits and her convenience at my expense. My body would not produce milk due to my injuries and my daughter had to be formula fed. Nobody from my family in Bulgaria going back through history has been formula fed. If there is any doubt about criminal intent, the fact that Philbin cut the cord prior to the delivery of the placenta proves unequivocally that Philbin wanted to injure me to pocket more money. My first time mom community cat knew not to do that and so do the poorest people in the smallest Bulgarian hamlets and even my acquaintance who botched her cat delivery years ago knew not to cut the cord prior to the delivery of the placenta. Cutting the cord prior to the delivery of the placenta makes it much harder for the placenta to deliver. Philbin wanted the placenta to deliver with more difficulty and blood loss in order to sell me expensive Pitocin and vile uterine massages to stop the bleeding. The community cat did not have any Pitocin, nor uterine massages. Just an hour after the delivery I saw the mother cat jump around and play with her brother. They injure you on purpose at Good Samaritan Medical Center to steal your money and enjoy themselves in the process. Why does a spontaneous vaginal delivery with no complications need Pitocin or uterine massages? It does not. They damage you deliberately to sell you garbage you do not need.

During my prenatal “care” I was told by the midwife that her induction rate was only 3%. I was shocked to discover after my botched delivery that this individual has had two medical malpractice cases against her that were the result of botched inductions. In the depositions of one of the cases she explains that she coaches her patients to push. Coached pushing is a vile mechanical induction method and should be used only out of dire medical necessity. If the midwife coaches all her patients to push this means that her induction rate is 100% and she lied to me that her induction rate was only 3%. I, personally, believe that coached pushing should be criminalized. Who coaches the cat or the pig to push? How have all my ancestors in Bulgaria given birth for eternity with no coached pushing? Among many other negatives, coached pushing causes brain bleeds for the babies, but of course, they are there to “help” you with a vitamin K shot for extra dollars. 

In the fall of 2021, I discovered that midwife Philbin poisoned me with unnecessary iron supplementation during the pregnancy under the guise of treating iron deficiency anemia. In the beginning of my pregnancy she diagnosed me with a yeast infection but since I did not feel any symptoms and it did not bother me I chose not to treat it. Towards the end of my pregnancy I developed such an out of control yeast infection that I did not need a test to be diagnosed. I had clumps and handfuls of yeast coming out everyday. It has always puzzled me ever since why such an out of control yeast infection developed towards the end of the pregnancy and, in the fall of 2021, I decided to research this issue. 

What I discovered shell shocked me. Iron deficiency anemia is actually not as common as the medical fraudsters want us to believe. In my particular case, there is not a shred of evidence that I had iron deficiency anemia. I had the healthy and normal hemodilution of pregnancy which should never be treated. The normal hemodilution of pregnancy should be celebrated, not treated with very toxic supplements.

It is important to have the full context of whether or not a patient has a true iron deficiency. Iron in the body is supposed to be moving, not stored. Generally, the blood tests focused on by practitioners are not showing what is actually stored.

It is not easy to measure the iron stored in the body tissues. In 2022 a new method was developed to measure iron in the liver and brain using a Tesla 2 MRI and a novel scoring technique. The vast majority of people are iron toxic, not iron deficient. If you have low iron in blood, it is likely that you have high unbound iron in the tissues and low levels of bioavailable copper. Excess iron stored in the tissues can cause dysfunction in many organs and damages the immune system. For example, accumulation of excess iron in the heart muscle cells can cause a wide spectrum of issues, including atrial fibrillation, enlarger heart, or any kind of myocardial infarct. Iron overload can also cause brain fog, mood swings, depression and anxiety. High ferritin increases the risk of metabolic syndrome, a condition associated with an increased risk of high blood pressure, liver disease and heart disease. Unfortunately, the first thing people think about when they hear "iron" is anemia (iron deficiency), not realizing that iron overload is actually a more common problem, and far more dangerous.

I took the special vitamins, prescribed to me by Philbin, containing a whopping 90 mg of iron per serving every day for the last three months of my pregnancy. First, I ordered one pack of 30 day supply at the pharmacy, and once I finished it, I ordered another one. When I opened the bag I received the second time at the pharmacy I was pleasantly surprised that the pharmacists had given me 2 packs, not one. At the time, I thought these vitamins were a life saver, not realizing that they are designed to poison me and make me sick. So I took the special vitamins with 90 mg of iron every day for a total of three months. 

Thankfully, I was in very sound health and despite my tissues getting undoubtedly chockfull with iron, my body managed to largely weather the poisoning. Most likely, Philbin was hoping that I would develop preeclampsia or gestational diabetes, but she was out of luck, my powerful body managed to compensate. The out of control yeast infection helped dramatically, as Candida albicans is an opportunistic pathogen that adsorbs (adsorb with a “d”) iron and gets it out of body. An out of control yeast infection is a symptom of iron poisoning and it is there to save your life. Interestingly, I have since learned that many opportunistic infections thrive in an iron rich environment.

I have also learned that the medical cartel poisons a large proportion of pregnant women in the United States with iron. I am far from the only victim. I wonder what percent of preeclampsia cases are completely preventable, if they lay off the iron poisoning. Preeclampsia and kidney damage can very well be symptoms of iron poisoning.

I got a very negative feeling in the fall of 2021, when I realized that midwife Philbin poisoned me. She had previously told me that when her father was very sick she tried to help him by giving him some type of pills. Her mother assumed that she was trying to poison him on purpose and told her that if he were to die she would not tell anybody. While she was telling her this, her mother’s usually bright blue eyes turned black and demonic. Back then I felt very bad for midwife Philbin because she had such a bad mother. Once I realized that she poisoned me too, I came to the conclusion that these two are two peas in a pot: like mother, like daughter.

Another thing that bothered me was that my daughter developed jaundice after her birth and I wanted to find out why. In a childbirth class I asked Ruth Kraft why newborn jaundice develops and she answered that it is very common and it just happens. Such answers are unacceptable to me. Nothing in the human body just happens.

Toxic mother has a toxic baby. In iron poisoning, the first two lines of defense that take up the brunt of the fight against it, are the liver and the microbiome (Candida albicans is part of the microbiome). They do everything possible to sequester or get the unnecessary iron out of the body. The liver sequesters it, Candida albicans tries to get as much of it out as it can. Poisoning the mother’s liver poisons the baby’s liver. In addition, they practice traumatic births, which cause an enormous amount of stress chemicals to be released and the young liver might get overwhelmed. Also, the inevitable brain bleed the baby gets from the traumatic birth can cause jaundice all on its own. As if this is not enough, they administer a megadose of Vitamin K to cover up their crime that they caused a traumatic birth and a hemorrhage in the baby. The vitamin K shot is capable of producing jaundice all by itself too, it is a known side effect. On top of all this, the traumatic birth makes the mother incapable of breastfeeding because her body cannot produce milk due to her injuries. No hydration for the baby for three days, as it happened in my case, can also cause jaundice all by itself. Nobody comes unscathed from the medical cartel’s “care.” They do everything possible under the sun to deliberately butcher and poison you.

Another issue that had bothered me for 5 years finally got resolved in September of 2022. Months prior to the birth, I asked Philbin to recommend a hospital for the birth. She told me that the birth would take place at Good Samaritan Medical Center and she would deliver me. She told me that she lived only a few minutes away from the hospital. I was very surprised for two reasons. The first reason was that I did not expect that she would be present at the birth. I do not know what the childbirth business is like today in Bulgaria, but back in the days I was born in Bulgaria mothers would go to the hospital and whoever was on duty there might be present at the birth in case of complications. I thought it was very odd that she would come to the birth at the hospital. Labor is unique for every woman and therefore I was wondering how the provider would make themselves available exactly at the point of birth to come to the hospital. I got the answer the very hard way. They do not. If the provider is late, they shove the baby back in the vagina, if they are too early, they speed up labor. It is a massive fraud. It is evil and it is disgusting. The second reason for my surprise was Philbin telling me that she would deliver me. Unless a mother has complications the baby delivers on its own. Who delivers the lioness in the savanna? What she said gave me a negative feeling back then because I thought she presumed that I would have complications and this was why she had to deliver me instead of letting nature deliver on its own. Come delivery time and I found out that the truth was much more sinister than I thought. She deliberately caused the problems by pumping the intraabdominal pressure with coached pushing for hours on end and then performed an episiotomy propelling the baby out as a projectile. In less botched births, whereby the baby does not shoot out with tremendous force, what is meant by “I will deliver you” is that somebody pulls the baby out of the vagina, which, unless there is a complication, should never be done. I learned this from a random article about the Kardashians featured on Apple News. The title of the article caught my attention as the matriarch of the family was bragging about delivering her own grandchild. Essentially, what the grandmother did was pull the baby out, which technically makes the birth an induction. This is wrong on so many levels and very unhealthy for both mother and child. The baby must be allowed to slither out on its own, you do not induce the delivery by pulling the baby out, you let nature expel the baby on its own in its own right time.

If Philbin poisoned a patient with iron supplements, she most likely defrauded them. If she coached a patient to push, she most likely defrauded them. If she “massaged” a patient, she most likely defrauded them. If she performed an episiotomy on a patient, she most likely defrauded them. If she pulled the baby out (delivered a patient), she most likely defrauded them. If she cut the cord prior to the delivery of the placenta, she most likely defrauded the mother and the baby. If she ripped a patient’s placenta out, she most likely defrauded them. If she gave a patient Pitocin after the delivery of the placenta, she most likely defrauded them. If she performed a “uterine massage” on a patient she most likely defrauded them. I estimate her victims to be in the thousands. This garbage provider should have never been licensed.

Strangely, despite Philbin’s office not receiving any reviews for a while, when I first posted my one star social media review of her services on Google Reviews, multiple five star reviews popped up extolling Philbin’s services within hours of my posting. We have to investigate in discovery who posted these reviews.

The medical professionals are so evil that while I was in the hospital severely injured and bleeding to near death, Philbin blackmailed me not to ask the nurses for help and to be more “assertive” because otherwise I would not get to bring the baby home. She also advised me to tell the nurses that I was a first time mother so that they were more understanding. I found it shocking that my status as a first time mother was not in the charts and the nurses were not aware of this information. This beggars belief. The nurses and visiting medical students had complained that I bothered them with my demands for help and started a disciplinary record for me. At discharge time, the nurse who was assigned to push me in the wheelchair was grunting and complaining that I should be walking and not being pushed in a wheelchair.

Astonishingly, during my prenatal “care” Philbin would always talk about having faith. Despite of that, her office requested me to pay for her services prior to the delivery. I was told that Philbin would not come to my delivery unless I prepay. I thought I was doing the responsible thing to purchase prenatal care and to have a professional at the delivery. I see clearly now that this was an extortion attempt and had nothing to do with care. Obviously, she did not have any faith she would be paid after the delivery because she knew that she was selling garbage and nobody would want to pay her after experiencing her services.

Ironically, the responsible thing to do was to have no prenatal care and to have unassisted home birth. I would not have been iron poisoned and damaged for life. Due to my injuries, if I am to have another child I run a very high risk of genuine complications. The scar tissue they caused in my uterus due to the ripping out of the placenta puts me at an enormous risk for placental delivery issues if the new placenta attaches to the location of scar tissue. Also, my severely damaged genital tract very unfortunately guarantees fast labor, which is very dangerous and detrimental to both mother and child. Fast labor causes a variety of complications and injuries. The perfect labor is slow, controlled, and careful. The perfect labor is to be celebrated, not to be treated. I was robbed of my perfect labor. First time labor is a seminal experience in its own right. On top of it, I experienced severe physical trauma, severe mental trauma, severe emotional trauma, losing consciousness for the first time in my life, rape, near deathly blood loss, hospital acquired infections, and a botched surgery in one serving, all of these seminal experiences in their own right.

Those who deny the great evil of the medical industrial complex, who laugh, ridicule, and mock, have closed their mind and psyches to the unwanted invasion of the reality of the existence of this evil. They do not want their world turned upside down, or their positive thinking and feelings affected. The problem with denial is that it only enables evil to continue and even to triumph. Do we really want to do that?

My disillusionment with the medical system escalated further from the additional abuse of other healthcare providers who I saw in connection with my pregnancy or my iatrogenic injuries. My negative experiences with multiple providers forced me to conclude that the medical community engages in a cult like behavior, and that money and health do not go together because a healthy person is useless to these people. A cult thrives on maintaining strict harmonious beliefs in attitude, opinions, and behavior. Discord and dissonance are averted at all costs to maintain a false dogma. Truth propels the cult deeper into pseudo-beliefs and truth telling is defamed. 

The providers I had the misfortune to see were:

Aaron Deutsch 

My social media review of him: 

“I was referred to the office of Aaron Deutsch by midwife Kathleen R. Philbin. The technician who took the measurements during my ultrasound did a good job, while dr. Aaron Deutsch was at best mediocre. He is a small guy with a very nervous energy who did not seem interested in my case and just spent two minutes to "discuss" the results. He demands way too much money for too little routine work. Cheap on the effort, generous on leeching money from the patient. One year and a half after I saw him, I received a letter from his office demanding a $6 balance on my account. I had paid all my balances in full a long time ago. What a creepy doctor. I just threw the letter in the trash. This guy also claimed that Kathleen Philbin was a very good midwife. Sadly, I almost was murdered by this incompetent midwife just a short few weeks after I saw this doctor.”

To this day I do not know why Aaron Deutsch wanted to sell me two additional ultrasounds in addition to the first ultrasound in the pregnancy. Neither Deutsch, nor Philbin could give me a specific reason other than the nebulous one of checking that everything was good. Grudgingly, I agreed to just one additional ultrasound for a total of two. I did not see the value of so many ultrasounds.

Steven Pliskow

Pliskow was the only provider who had some competency and proved himself to be mildly useful. He gave me a prescription for antibiotics for the hospital acquired bacterial infection. He also correctly identified that the coached pushing caused my injuries. Unfortunately, he did not want to help any further than that. I asked him whether my cervix was torn, he said “I don’t know, it might have healed.” I approached him later to be my pro bono expert witness but he never bothered to respond to my message. Pliskow tried to take advantage of me by trying to sell me surgery and other medical procedures. I stopped him dead in his tracks. Pliskow knows very well that these surgeries are a fraud and still tries to sell them. 

I did not like his office at all. For years his office mailed me a bill for about $8, notwithstanding the fact that they charged me for services that should have been at least partially covered by insurance. I tried multiple times to get a hold of some billing person by the name of Cortney, who was supposed to right the situation, but she never bothered to contact me. His office still owes me money. They also confused pharmacies for the antibiotic. One time I was at this office I was so stressed I burst a blood vessel in my eyelid. I asked the ultrasound technician whether they could take my blood pressure and she responded that I had to wait for all the people waiting to be seen first (a couple dozen people) and then I would be charged the nurse rate to take my blood pressure. I chose to go to Walgreens a few minutes down the road where they took my blood pressure for free. I also signed a medical release form to get my ultrasound images on a flash drive, but Pliskow’s office never did that.

Marc Plotkin

My social media review of him:

“I saw this severely incompetent “doctor” at the Emergency Room at JFK Medical Center North in West Palm Beach for injuries sustained during a botched childbirth at Good Samaritan Medical Center. Unhealthy looking, fantastical nonsense talking, knows nothing about health. How are such useless providers even licensed is beyond be. If you care about your health refuse service with this individual, he is a phenomenal waste of time. Three days after I saw him I saw a provider by the name of Steven Pliskow who correctly figured out the problem and was disgusted by the statements Plotkin had made during my visit. Pliskow called Plotkin “an incompetent fool,” and I second that.”

I saw this provider only two months postpartum so I still had severe unhealed lacerations in my vagina. I went to the Emergency Room because I saw organs hanging from my vagina and I was very scared. He requested that I lie down as the nurse placed some type of prop underneath my lower back. He proceeded to attempt to insert some kind of instrument up my severely injured vagina and I started to scream at the top of my lungs for him to stop. Multiple medical personnel gathered to see what was happening. To this day I do not know why he put me on my back as the injuries are most visible when I am standing up and why he was trying to insert instruments in my severely injured body. He told me to get up but I found it impossible with the prop underneath my lower back so I had to remove it myself. As I got up, this man put his hand underneath my skirt to feel the hanging organs from my vagina. The whole experience was disgusting. At the same time the nurse was telling me that I had to stop worrying and I had to enjoy life. How can I enjoy life with such people and experiences in my life? 

Plotkin told me that my condition was completely normal and that it happened during the pregnancy. He claimed that it was not known why some women get this condition and some do not. Supposedly, the pain I felt was coming from the scar tissue. There is so much wrong information in his assessment that, just on this one assessment’s merit, Plotkin needs to be stripped of his license. Firstly, this condition is not normal. Severe genital tract trauma is not normal. I wonder if a small child, the victim of a violent sexual assault, presents in the ER with the same violent trauma I presented to him, he would claim this was normal. Secondly, it most definitely did not happen during the pregnancy. My vagina did not explode out during the pregnancy, my vagina exploded out during the botched delivery. Thirdly, there should not be any scar tissue from natural birth to a healthy woman with no complications. My scar tissue is obviously the result of a botched birth. I complained to him that the midwife ripped out the placenta and lied in the medical notes that the placenta delivered spontaneously. He told me that as long as I did not have the midwife’s arm inside my uterus to scrape up the placenta, the placenta delivered spontaneously. I find this absurd. Plotkin diagnosed me with anxiety and told me that everything was fine. This man was not even close to the truth, he should have never been licensed.

Plotkin claimed that the midwife acted in my best interest and she did the best for me without having any evidence to support his claim. He asked me whether I would have had the baby anyway if I knew ahead of time what would have happened to my vagina. A question that presupposes something wrong does not have an answer. The right question does not allow for wrong presumptions. His presumption was that my injuries were necessary to get the baby out. This is not true at all. Not only that the midwife did not act in my best interest, but my severe genital tract trauma was completely avoidable, if labor was left undisturbed. The healthy magnificence of nature does not need medical interventions.

Plotkin told me that his son was conceived through IVF and his wife had to have a c-section. If Plotkin knew anything about health, his wife would not have needed either. It is a shocking realization that somebody who does not have health is selling health to others. It is a very destabilizing experience. 

Months later I received a bill from JFK Medical Center requesting from me to pay approximately $1,500 for Plotkin’s services. I also received a letter from a charity offering me to accept their help to pay the bill. I did not accept the charity’s offer as I did not want to waste their money to pay for garbage. In one of the more interesting twists of this saga, I received a call from a debt collector based in India for this bill and this nice man helped me to file a dispute as he was soothing me and giving me words of encouragement that ultimately there would be divine justice and the people who abused me would be held accountable.

Brandi M. Bivens (Jupiter Family Healthcare) 

I am grateful to Bivens that she obliged to write an MRI prescription for me. Other than this kind favor of hers this woman is incompetent and a complete disaster. After my first MRI conducted on a lay down machine, she called me to share the “good news” that I did not have any injuries. I told her this was impossible as I could see with the naked eye my organs hanging from my vagina. After my second MRI on a stand-up machine which showed visible injuries I asked her whether there was anything else that the MRI shows. She claimed that if the MRI does not show anything else then there was no problem. The glaring contradiction of what my first MRI “showed” was lost on her. She also claimed that all radiologists and doctors are good. This is not even close to any semblance of the truth. It scares me that such limited and low intelligent people are in charge of people’s health.

Stand-up MRI of Boca Raton

I found this facility through an internet search. It purported that their stand-up MRI machine can capture images in an upright position allowing it to detect certain problems that would be underestimated or completely missed by any other type of MRI. I thought this might be the perfect imaging device for my situation given the nature of my injuries.

I scheduled an appointment for the stand-up machine but at the appointment the technician talked me into using their lay down MRI machine because its resolution was much higher. He claimed that it would capture my injuries better than the stand-up MRI machine and also, in my particular case, the position of my body would not matter for the imaging. Not surprisingly this turned out to be a lie. The lay down MRI image did not show any health problems. 

I called the place to schedule another appointment for the stand-up machine assuming I would not have to pay a second time as they lied to me. The technician refused to take any accountability for his lie and I had to pay again for the second session. Not only that, but the technician wanted to cut the session short as supposedly we had enough images from the lay down imaging session! These people try to get the most money for the least work possible. I told him that I paid the full price for the second session so I needed the full session. Thankfully, the stand-up images captured my injuries, just as I originally thought they would. The technician was wrong and I was correct. Why does the medical profession attract such weird people? This is a very serious question. If I were to go back in time I would not even bother with this place. Regular photos of my vagina capture the damage even better and for free. 

Elizabeth Babin

My social media review of her:

“I saw this provider in regards to severe and extensive genital tract and pelvic trauma sustained during a botched childbirth. She seemed nice at first and offered me surgery before any examination had taken place. Once she realized that I had done my homework that such surgeries are at best short term solutions and do not address the problem long term she became aloof. 

I give her two stars because she run some decent diagnostic tests. 

I will never ever trust this person with surgery because she invented an answer for blood loss estimation by casually glancing at a hematology report for two seconds. Of course, the answer was erroneous. 

She also claimed to have prolapse herself and that she was induced for childbirth. It is not easy to get prolapse and to need an induction if you are a healthy person. It took phenomenal force to sustain my injuries. I made the mistake to purchase health services from an unhealthy person and I am dearly paying for this mistake. I am not making the same mistake twice. I would purchase only diagnostic services from Babin, nothing invasive.”

As long as you give her what she wants, Babin seems like a very nice person. The moment you veer off her expectations and you try to do the right thing for yourself and not what suits her best, she becomes not really present and starts giving attitude. I saw this type of behavior with multiple providers. These people fundamentally do not understand that they are servants and they have to act in the patient’s best interest. At two of my appointments she abruptly left as I was in the middle of a sentence. The visits were cut off just like that. She is not interested in health or truth, her interest is in selling her wares. I would never trust somebody like that with any surgeries. She also lies with impunity. She lied so brazenly about the blood loss indicated by my hematology report that I was left speechless. The ultrasound she ordered stated that there was no damage to my pelvic floor muscles. This is impossible. I know my body and these muscles are severely damaged. Before I went to the hospital, if I wanted I could squeeze my vagina muscles so powerfully, now to kill myself I cannot do it. Without doubt the pelvic floor muscles are severely damaged, and anybody who claims otherwise is incompetent. I do not trust imaging of the pelvis anymore. A profit making tool that does not make any logical sense. Interestingly, a woman, who has spent her life investigating women’s health, also discovered the same thing I found out the hard way: imaging of the pelvis is, at best, a mediocre affair. She wrote a special report entitled: The Massive Imaging Fraud on Which Gynecology & Orthopedics is Built, The astonishing story of how modern medicine has utilized imaging technology to reinforce incorrect pelvic anatomy, which supports a multi-billion dollar business of surgical assault on women, men, and children. I will present this report as part of the discovery in my criminal case.

Silvia Rotemberg

I found the office of Silvia Rotemberg in an internet search for the use of laser for women’s health. I scheduled an appointment and I was impressed with the amount of paperwork I had to sign to see this doctor. Never in my life have I been requested to sign so many forms to see a medical professional. Finally, I saw the doctor and she told me that because my injuries are so extensive the laser might not work on me, but we could still try. She told me that the laser creates “extra collagen” and this might help with my symptoms. She and a man by the name of Diego were taking turns in examining my vagina. This was another very traumatic experience. Rotemberg gave me a quote for the laser treatments and they were very expensive. After the visit, I researched lasers for women’s health and I discovered that they are a fraud. The laser is a glorified scalpel as it uses heat to damage your tissues and create scar tissue. It turned out that the euphemism “extra collagen” is a fancy name for scar tissue. You do not want more scar tissue, you want less scar tissue in your body. At best, these lasers work temporarily to alleviate symptoms and after that as the scar tissue adjusts you need the so called “touch ups” to create more new scar tissue. With each treatment you get more and more scar tissue. I have lots of scar tissue in my vagina from my injuries, I do not need more. This “extra collagen” marketing ploy is, at best, false advertising, but it is more commensurate with crimes against humanity.

David Capaldi 

I found David Capaldi through an internet search for stem cell treatments. He worked for a stem cell company in Jupiter. My experience in this office was exceptionally degrading. I saw this provider only a little over a year after my injuries and I was desperate for information, help, and a solution. I was grabbing at any straw that could give me any hope. This is why I wanted to hear more about stem cell treatments and I was happy to be given an appointment to discuss this topic. The office requested that I send in advance all medical documents associated with my condition. I thought this was an odd request, but due to desperation I obliged. 

At my appointment, Capaldi took me aback with the information that he had to perform a vaginal exam. He told me that he would use ultrasound jelly on his glove to perform the exam. I grudgingly agreed because I still did not know a lot about my injuries back then and I assumed, as a medical professional, Capaldi would be useful to get more insight into my injuries. He asked the receptionist to act as a chaperon. This was another very traumatic and disgusting experience given that I am a severe genital tract trauma and rape survivor. Capaldi fingered my genitals and rectum as I was on my back without saying a word while I tried to tell him about my story. I assumed him not talking over me, as most other providers do, meant that he was listening to what I was saying. After he finished the exam he told me he could not feel my injuries but stem cells are the right treatment for me. At this moment I realized that this individual never paid any attention to what I was telling him! I informed him that when I am upright my injuries are unmistakable as compared to lying down. He then proceeded to perform a vaginal exam kneeling down as I was standing upright. The experience was so disgusting I almost threw up on top of his head. As the throw up was in my throat I managed to swallow it back with a great effort. If the patient has to educate the “provider” about simple things like basic anatomy this “provider” should not be even licensed. Capaldi fingered my vagina and gasped that he could feel that my cervix was down. This was another major competency letdown as the cervix is connected to other body structures and it is obviously not the only body part that is down. Capaldi was using his fingers to press on all sides of the walls of my vagina and was asking me whether it hurt. 

The whole experience at this office was grotesque from all angles. I assumed that the goal of this exam was to discuss my injuries, therefore I could not wait for the exam to be over and for me to get more understanding of my trauma. The moment Capaldi finished the exam he removed his glove with the speed of light, threw it in the trash, told me again that I was a successful candidate for treatment, quickly ordered the receptionist to show me the treatment information, and took off before I could even say a word. Why, in the world, is somebody like this licensed? Why is this provider allowed to do vaginal exams? The receptionist told me that the treatment consisted of multiple injections of growth factors derived from the cord blood of c-section babies. Each injection cost several thousand dollars and she gave me information about companies that would be willing to loan me the money for the treatment. The whole ordeal at this office gave me a very negative feeling. 

When I went home I decided to research stem cell treatments on my own. Unfortunately, I discovered stem cell treatments to be largely a fraud. At best, they work only in the short run. The stem cells can be derived from other people or from culturing the multiplication of your own stem cells. In both cases you get some foreign contamination either from the original owner of the stem cells or from the culture in which they were grown because there is no 100% purification method. If your immune system is very healthy this might not be of great consequence, at least in the short run, but for people with malfunctioning immune systems this can easily create cancer or an autoimmune condition. It is not worth the risk in my opinion. Also the whole idea of injecting the body with man made concoctions does not appeal to me. If I were really desperate to create new stem cells, I would choose hyperbaric oxygen therapy, not stem cell therapy. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy creates your own intact stem cells inside your body as opposed to stem cell therapy, which is really a misnomer, as the injection does not contain intact stem cells but derivatives of stem cells. I call the stem cells in stem cell therapy “processed stem cells,” they are not the same as the natural intact real stem cells produced by your own body through hyperbaric oxygen therapy. In addition, hyperbaric oxygen therapy is by orders of magnitude cheaper.

Dana Jacobs, CNM

My social media review of her:

“I felt that this provider suffers from dementia, granted she is an old woman. However, I have been to even older providers than her who do not have dementia. I believe she might have serious underlying health issues to drive such mental degeneration. She would say one thing then contradict herself. She was also confused about a referral she gave me and mere days later discussing my case over the phone she could not remember anything. She also made judgements suggesting a very questionable value system. Scattered and did not seem sufficiently competent to me. Dropped her after one appointment. I did not want to waste my time with her again.”

Dana Jacobs is a self serving psychopath. She claimed in an online biography I read in 2018 that a mother never forgets her first birth and how important it was for Jacobs to give her patients a good experience with her care. Psychopaths change their tunes to what suits them, they act in their own best interest, not their victims’. A defining characteristic of a psychopath is that they lie for personal gain and have no moral code. 

As I walked to the examination room, Jacobs was sitting in the adjacent room and was looking at me with disdain and contempt. In this moment, I realized that Jacobs and Philbin had obviously discussed my complaint. I had found out in an internet search before my visit that Philbin and Jacobs had worked at the same place before but I did not think that they had any connection any more. Apparently, I was wrong, psychopaths like to help each other with their evil deeds. When I was making my appointment I wanted to see the main provider at this office, but she was booked for months, therefore I accepted the first available appointment which was with Jacobs. I did not really want to see Jacobs but back then I was desperate.

Once in the examination room Jacobs asked me “What do you want from me?”. The psychopathic predator pretended that everything I was telling her was unknown to her all the while measuring me with her eyes, snickering at me, and making “aha” sounds multiple times implying that what I was telling her was a lie and it was impossible to have happened. Essentially, with her attitude, the liar implied that I was a liar and what I was telling her was a lie. Then Jacobs asked me about the name of the midwife who injured me. I have no respect for people who put theatrical performances like this, pretending to be good people but are actually very, very evil.

During the exam, she informed me that she wanted to perform a rectal exam and asked me lackadaisically “Is it OK?”. The right question does not presuppose something wrong. Jacobs presupposed that either it was OK to perform a rectal exam or it was not OK. The true answer is “It will never be OK, but I am sacrificing myself out of necessity and desperation.” Who, in the world, wants Jacobs’ fingers up their rectum? I find it impossible to believe that Jacobs is not aware that she is hard on the eyes and unhealthful looking.

What is really important to realize is that these people are predatory and evil. I was putting my life in enormous danger to gather information at the time. There are cases in which providers have put drugs in women’s rectums without any notification or consent and some of these women got injured or even lost their lives. This is why I do not go to allopathic medical professionals any more. The whole allopathic medical system is atrociously corrupt. I genuinely fear for my life in the presence of medical professionals. I trusted in the past and I got burned severely.

The exam proved that all I claimed is a fact. Jacobs just looked at me and shrugged it off with an “Uhm, it happens.” I wonder if Jacobs’ children were raped and their genitals destroyed by a medical provider whether she would shrug it off and would not bother to file criminal charges. “It happens.” Would that be her response? Psychopaths have double standards. They do not care about truth or other people, all they care about is personal gain. Moreover, Jacobs has never had a good body, therefore it is impossible for her to even begin to understand what I lost. 

I assume after my appointment Jacobs talked with Philbin about this appointment. Phone records can easily be subpoenaed in the criminal trial. Psychopaths support and help each other to cover up their crimes.

Jacobs should have never been licensed. I also personally witnessed Jacobs giving a referral for a mammogram. Mammography is largely a scam and, in fact, is an abandoned practice in some countries. In many countries there are even calls for banning this abomination of a practice. Jacobs is a fraudster.

Joshua Ackerman

I scheduled an appointment with Joshua Ackerman, the first available provider at the facility he worked, because I did not want to have another appointment with Dana Jacobs. I genuinely despised Dana Jacobs and her deranged mentality, therefore I did not want this leech to make more money off of me for her garbage “work.”

A quick internet search of Joshua Ackerman showed an arrest for domestic battery and a mug shot that seemed to show the same person as in his professional picture. I would not be surprised, if this was him in the mug shot, as my longtime search for justice led me to the inescapable conclusion that most medical professionals are violent psychopaths and they will deliberately injure a patient for a few extra dollars. Back then I was so desperate for answers and solutions that I went to the appointment anyway. The nurse at my appointment had some sort of a birth defect because her hand was underdeveloped and it seemed to me some fingers were missing, I did not look at it for too long. I had a conversation about my attack with the nurse while I was waiting to be seen by the doctor. I told her that they forced me to give birth upon admittance to the hospital in the middle of the night and I found it very difficult to believe that I could have dilated from 6 cm to 10 cm in less than an hour. She bragged that she dilated from 2 or 3 cm to 10 cm in a matter of minutes. I exclaimed “First child?!”, she told me it was her third. I believe her because many women are different. Most have serious metabolic disorders and thus very low tissue quality. Also the fact that this woman was born with a birth defect showcases that her parents had some serious metabolic disorders. Metabolic disorders are the result of nutrient deficiencies or toxicities. Healthy parents with no toxicities, nutrient deficiencies, or injuries, will never produce a child with a birth defect. Nature is very intelligent and knows what is doing. On top of the metabolic disorders many women select to have unnatural births which damage the vagina permanently. For the average American woman, the more births they have, the faster their labor gets with each subsequent birth due to unnatural methods of birth and their vaginas becoming increasingly slack walled and damaged. It is extremely common, but it is not normal. In stark contrast, a healthy woman who practices natural birth will have slow, controlled labor each time, no matter how many children she has had before and her vagina does not get damaged. In one of my Facebook health groups I came across a woman who has had six unassisted home births. All six times her labor lasted for three days. I have no doubt that if she gave birth in a hospital six times, by the sixth time her labor would have been maybe just one contraction to open the cervix, the rest of her vagina permanently dilated due to prior injuries. Interestingly, in a childbirth education class, Ruth Kraft claimed that it is only the cervix that needs to dilate during labor. This cannot be further from the truth for a healthy woman, there are many other body structures that need to dilate other than the cervix. For somebody who looks like Ruth Kraft, a person with very serious and massive metabolic disorders, her statement might very well be true. A healthy woman is very different from an unhealthy woman. You cannot lump healthy and unhealthy women in the same pile. Natural processes do not damage a healthy body. 

I had tested positive for Human Papillomavirus (HPV) at Jacobs’ office and Ackerman was expected to perform two procedures to see whether the infection was dangerous or not. I had never had HPV ever in my life before. I have since learned that it is very common for American women to acquire HPV after a birth in an American hospital. I was infected at the hospital from the medical professionals. 

As Ackerman entered the room he lackadaisically asked me whether I had signed the informed consent forms for the procedures. I had the forms in my hands but I was waiting for him to ask him questions about the procedures because I did not know what exactly they involved. He seemed bothered to be asked questions but he gave me the requested information. The first procedure was fairly non invasive and the second one turned out to require a slice of my cervix with a dreadful looking type of an instrument. He tried to convince me to agree to both, but I stood my ground and agreed to the non invasive procedure only. With what I know now I would not have agreed to any of the procedures because even if they produced scary results I would never buy treatment for HPV from the allopathic medical cartel. 

Unhealthful looking strangers probing your genitals is always a traumatic affair, so this was another traumatic experience engendered by iatrogenic necessity. 

I told Ackerman about the attack, he did not really want to listen and sweat broke out on his brow. He told me that this was between me and the midwife. I was very let down that this was another provider who did not want to get involved in helping me with a very serious and brutal crime. In my opinion, medical professionals should be legally required to assist in obvious criminal matters. He told me that my vagina looked like a vagina that had given birth. Only in the predators’ world such an euphemism can fly. My vagina does not look like a vagina that has given real natural birth, my vagina looks like a vagina that has been through a botched hospital birth. Natural birth to a very healthy woman will never damage the vagina. This tells me that Ackerman has damaged many vaginas with his “services.” Many of these providers have never seen a really healthy woman, they have never witnessed a natural birth, and have normalized unnatural ways of birth to line up their pockets for something that nature bestows for free.

Felicia Bahadue

My social media review of her:

“This provider lacks integrity. After extensively discussing the injuries I sustained during a botched childbirth, she refused to put her statements in writing claiming that she never saw any injuries. She is married to another doctor named Stephen Morris who publicly admits to weekends of alcoholism on his social media.”

I told the nurse who took my blood pressure prior to the appointment about the attack. Multiple nurses and Bahadue gathered in the exam room. Bahadue spent some time listening to my story, performed the exam and then we discussed my injuries. She told me that my injuries would never heal on their own and she offered surgery as a solution. There is no surgical solution for injuries like mine, these surgeries, at best, only treat symptoms. A surgery will never make the genital tract the way nature made it. 

Days later, I sent an email message to Bahadue to request help with a pro bono expert opinion. She refused and wrote the following “As for the cervical laceration, there was a normal cervical mucus on exam. Once wiped away, I did not see a scar.”

This is enough evidence to strip Bahadue of her license. No matter whether the health authorities choose the reason as self-indicting incompetence or a proven liar (per my witness the second reason is the truth, I can testify to this), either one of these reasons suffices to get rid of her. I want to be paid compensation for spending time with such people.

David Feld

My social media review of him:

“Incompetent, senile, lying, desperate for money, waste of time crook. I scheduled an appointment with Feld to discuss injuries sustained during a botched childbirth. I wanted him to provide me with a pro bono expert opinion about my injuries. I was hoping that as he is a very elderly man he would help a young woman get justice. I was shocked to discover that similarly to the old woman who injured me, this very elderly man just wanted money. I had to endure a very repulsive examination of my genitals by an elderly degenerated man, all this sacrifice done in the hopes that Feld is an expert and there to help. After the revolting exam Feld tried to sell me vitamins and a cream for my perineum as he claimed the stitching was not done correctly. I told him that my cervix was severed in half on the left from forced pushing before full dilation and let us start the discussion from there. He laughed at me and told me that I cannot see my own cervix and he did not see any scar tissue on it and the severe genital tract injuries happened because of the pushing. I counter replied with a question: “So you can see the scar tissue from the severed perineum, but you cannot see the scar tissue from the severed cervix? And you obviously know that I should have never been instructed to start pushing and just let labor be undisturbed and let the uterus push the baby out in due time without injuries.” The elderly man got angry, raised his voice at me and told me he had to go as a patient was pushing at the hospital. I told him that he is incompetent and not to charge my insurance as the visit was absolutely useless, wasted my time, and I underwent a repulsive exam, which, thank God, lasted less than a minute. I told Feld that he had to compensate me for wasting my time and touching my genitals without having the required competence. The greedy old man not only charged my insurance for the useless visit but also pumped insurance money for performing a Pap smear that he never did. I and my daughter had to wait for about 3 hours for our transportation outside Feld’s office and I never saw Feld going to the hospital to the supposed woman who was pushing at the hospital. This is pitiful.”

Steven Birnbach

My social media review of him:

“I went to see Birnbach to discuss injuries inflicted by an incompetent provider who does not practice evidence based obstetric care. Ironically, it turned out Birnbach does not practice evidence based care himself. Not surprisingly, he has had medical malpractice claims against him as it is usually the case with such type of providers. This type of care inevitably produces a lot of damage and injuries. Birnbach does not have medical malpractice insurance. This trick averts future litigation as lawyers avoid cases against providers without medical malpractice insurance as the payout of litigation is low.

This individual did not know that there is very compelling evidence that iodine deficiency is one of the main drivers of breast cancer (and FYI cancers of the prostate, endometrium, and ovaries). He claimed that iodine deficiency has nothing to do with breast cancer. The truth is that iodine produces apoptosis causing cancer cells to self destruct. He claimed that saliva does not transmit HPV infections which is absolutely wrong. When he started touting the HPV vaccine I had to get up and leave.

FYI, a 2020 study “Will HPV vaccination prevent cancer?”, published in the Journal of the Royal Society of Medicine shows the highest frequency of invasive cancers in the most vaccinated group. This study barely scratches the surface of the fraudulent methodological shenanigans that manufacturers and regulators deployed to fast-track HPV vaccines into use as revealed in Robi vs. Merck. This vaccine is such a failure that it was halted in Japan.”

I also personally witnessed Birnbach pushing mammographs. Mammography has major drawbacks and it is largely unnecessary. He claimed that it was impossible for me to have contracted HPV from the midwife. Nonetheless, there are scores of women who acquire an HPV infection after a birth in American hospitals. He was also bragging that he used to be associated with the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. I would not be bragging about being associated with the allopathic cancer business which dwarfs the childbirth business with its fraudulent activities by many orders of magnitude.

Birnbach is a waste of time.

Jennifer Pollak

I had just one visit with Pollak. She is a polite woman but what I gathered from the conversation with her is that she supports hysterectomies. The vast majority of hysterectomies are unnecessary and leave women worse off in the long run. Hysterectomies should be avoided unless there is a dire medical necessity.

Dervi Ganesh

I called this office to schedule an appointment. They requested medical records and information, which I faxed to them. They never bothered to call me back. This was a waste of time experience.

Alfred Tomaselli 

I was referred to Tomaselli’s office by a primary healthcare provider. Tomaselli is one of the murderers of the woman who was killed days after my botched delivery at Good Samaritan Medical Center from similar injuries like mine. I assume due to personal interest he listened to what I had to say. I experienced another very traumatic “exam” with no informed consent. Unfortunately, he is quite incompetent as he claimed that my injuries were not bad while I was in the supine position and I had to instruct him that in the upright position the injuries look very different. He is not capable of rational thought. He claimed that performing vaginal and rectal “massages” was not a big deal, it was just that the midwife did not ask for consent. This is how all rapists think. They think trashing another’s genitals is not a big deal and it is inherently consensual. Weeks later after the exam, I was called by Tomaselli’s assistant, who with a voice steeped in urgency wanted to coerce me to undergo a biopsy of the cervix because I still tested positive for HPV. I did not even bother.

Brittany Smirnov 

I saw this provider because I developed vitiligo overnight. One day in September of 2018, I went to bed without vitiligo and the following morning I woke up with vitiligo. I sustained an extraordinary blow to my immune system in the form of near deathly blood loss, iron poisoning, hospital acquired infections, severe physical, mental and emotional trauma, and a processed foods addiction developed after the botched delivery as a coping mechanism for intrusive trauma based thoughts. All of these individually significantly damage the immune system, while I was subjected to all of these assaults over a very long period of time. 

Smirnov is a very uncultivated person. After my appointment I wanted to ask one additional question, the nurse consulted with Smirnov and came back to inform me a la Pliskow’s office modus operandi that I had to wait for Smirnov to see all other patients waiting for her and then she could answer my question. People with such a character do not appeal to me. The visit was useless apart from acquiring medical documentation that I did develop vitiligo due to the trauma I sustained. 

Psychologists

Per recommendation, I visited three mental health counselors or psychologists. One of them was associated with Emotional Circle of Moms at Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies, another worked for the government, and the last one was a psychologist by the name of Susie Perez. 

The right person can save your life, the wrong person wastes your life. Unfortunately, these three were of the latter type. Interestingly, in a conversation with a birth rights advocate I learned that this is very common. A lot of this woman’s clients were abused by the psychologists that were supposed to help them. It is “more of the same” of what the medical profession offers. This is what happens when these professionals are there solely and only for their selfish interests. 

The first one dismissed my complaints with the presumption that the midwife acted in my best interest and operated under the assumption that postpartum mental traumas are part and parcel of childbirth. This cannot be further from the truth. This woman was criminally incompetent. She suffered from placenta previa during her pregnancy and required a c-section. This information immediately tells you that this is a woman with major metabolic disorders. A healthy woman will never have placenta previa. An unbalanced body with metabolic disorders will always have mental health issues. Nobody can convince me that the birth was solely responsible for her mental health issues. She obviously had mental health issues well before her pregnancy, and her unhealthful pregnancy and unnatural childbirth brought her mental issues to the service. She gave us the advice to use coloring books to relax. I did not need waste of time coloring books, I needed her help to propel my criminal case forward. You do not help yourself by avoiding important issues through escapism into coloring books, you help yourself by facing issues and solving them. This experience was a waste of time.

The second psychologist was equally worthless. Neither mentally, nor emotionally present, she could not help with anything. She had no comprehension skills, no emotional intelligence, and was incapable of basic human connection. She had no compassion that a fellow human was assaulted, raped, almost butchered to death, and deprived of justice.

The last psychologist I visited was Susie Perez. I had several visits with her. She would prepare her coffee prior to the visit, then she would watch the clock on the wall over my head all the time throughout the visit, and then she would cut the visit short because she had to go. Not only that she did not help propel my criminal case forward, she tried to dissuade me from going forward. This is not optimal for the client, but it is optimal for her as this type of provider does not want a client to heal, they want repeat business. She told me “You have done everything that you can do about it and there is nothing more that can be done. Imagine a big STOP sign.” I wisely answered to this fool “There is so much more to be discovered and so much more to be done.” It is not that it cannot be done, she cannot do it. She projected her inadequacy onto me. Susie Perez turned out to be one of the many dead ends in my journey for justice.

I feel compelled to share that I have been failed by the medical and dental system before the botched delivery albeit to a lesser degree. The following provides instances of medical and dental exploitation prior to the childbirth attack.

Joseph R. Zito

I saw Zito before my attack. I had an ear infection and I scheduled an appointment for advice. I have since learned that the ear infection was caused by improper cleaning of my ears (I would stick wet cotton swabs in my ears and vigorously clean them every day) and could have been easily cleared by stopping the improper cleaning practice and a few cents’ worth of colloidal silver. 

Zito outdid himself with an expensive audio gram, an expensive CT scan, and an antibiotic for over a hundred dollars. I did not even get a discussion of the CT scan. I went to a follow up appointment to discuss the results of the CT scan and Zito was substantially late for the appointment. Finally, Zito showed up and made a point to tell me that he was late because I had been late for the previous appointment. The previous appointment was a whole year prior and I did not even remember that I had been late back then. Zito is a short man who talks and moves like a robot which from the very beginning gave me a negative feeling. The revelation of his spiteful character sent chills down my spine and I requested to leave. For a moment, I thought he might not let me leave as he was blocking my way and I was preparing to shout for help. It is unbelievable how many unethical freaks there are in the medical profession. They seem like somewhat normal people if you do their bidding, but if you veer off course of their expectations they show their true evil colors. I was late for the previous appointment out of necessity, he was late out of spite. I am also absolutely sure that he knew how easy it was to resolve my infection, but he wanted the big bucks for nothing. A CT scan is very damaging to the body because it contributes to cumulative ionizing radiation damage and in my case was completely unnecessary. He did not care about my health, he cared about the money he could extract from me. Pure evil.

Dentists

I was very disappointed that I fell victim to the childbirth business. I fell victim to a lot of dental abuse years ago and I could not believe history was repeating itself. In my defense the shoddy dental work of years ago was never performed without a diagnosis of a dental issue and for no reason and I never imagined that in the childbirth business a provider can treat a patient without any medical issue and without a diagnosis. I was taken by surprise by the depths of evil I experienced. I was not prepared to witness what I witnessed and I did not have the necessary tools to protect myself from the attack. The providers appropriated my healthy body and did horrible things to it without any medical justification to get more money out of me. They treated me as their property. 

Back in the day, I submitted multiple complaints to the New York dental board. I even went to hearings to get my money back for shoddy work. Finally, I managed to find two good dentists. One of them did not trust other dentists and would only trust his assistant to do his dental work. He would put a big mirror on his lap to monitor what she was doing in his mouth. Both of them were interested in their own physical health and also valued their patients’ health. I asked each one of them how these bad dentists keep their clients. One of them answered “I don’t know.” and the other one answered that most people are not as sensitive as us and they cannot process information properly like us. We have a gift that most other people do not have.

When I moved to Florida, I had to search for a new dentist. An internet search provided the name of Thomas Lovetere. He was one of the dentists who defrauded me in New York. Unbelievable, that he was still in practice and finding victims in Florida now. When I went to my hearing for his shoddy work back in the day, there was another of his victims there too. She showed me his “work” and I almost fell down. He had put implants on her two front teeth so poorly that it looked like what a dental student would do to a pig. 

West Palm Beach Pediatric Associates

The medical cartel exploits children too. My daughter was with West Palm Beach Pediatric Associates for a while, but I had to leave the practice because they tried to defraud us. They told me that if my daughter were to go to school she had to be vaccinated. A simple internet search proved that this was not true and that the state of Florida offers a religious exemption for vaccination allowing children to attend school without ever having been vaccinated. I requested and I was granted the exemption from the Florida Department of Health. I could not wait to share the good news with Pediatric Associates that a child can attend school without being vaccinated as back then I was still very naive about the reality of the extreme fraud of the medical cartel (this happened in 2018 and 2019). The provider at the pediatric office calmly, kindly, and politely told me that they knew about the exemption but their office had a policy to not accept unvaccinated children and this was why we had to vaccinate. I decided that I do not accept fraudsters and this is why I would be happy to leave their office. What this office did is criminal. I would not be surprised that other parents had fallen victim to their fraud that children have to be vaccinated to attend school and vaccinated their children unnecessarily. You cannot lie to patients to get extra business. 

The providers who seem the nicest might be the most dangerous because you are more likely to trust them and fall victim to their fraud. These ordeals brought the point home to me with an arresting force that you cannot judge a book by its cover. I have met people in my life who had severe anger issues, but when it came down to actions they always did the right thing. Then there are the ones who tell you all the right things, but when it comes down to actions they defraud you. Actions speak louder than words.

I like this quote:

He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear. The traitor is the plague.” - Marcus Tullius Cicero

This is true not only for a nation, but a patient too. The providers betray the patient and engage in treasonous conspiring acts against patients. They use unfair and deceptive practices and conspire to criminal commercial activity to further their financial interests.

None of the providers (they should be named more aptly “takers” or “leeches”) I visited looked healthy to me. Their physicality showcases that all of them, without any question, have a compromised microbiome. None of these people have any chance of the slightest access to my life and, even less, to my genitals in civilian life. I forced myself to be with such people solely for their alleged expertise. 

None of the providers who performed vaginal exams on me wore a mask to prevent sprinkling my genitals with the fungi, parasites, bacteria, and other toxins undoubtedly present in their mouths. Masks must be used where they belong. They do not prevent respiratory infections, but certainly prevent the toxic spittle of providers’ mouths while they are chattering in your genitals sometimes a bare three inches away. Provider and hospital acquired infections are not a laughing matter. In some instances my genitals had an obvious disruption and violation to them in the form of bleeding and unhealed lacerations and none of the providers bothered to protect me from their unhealthfulness and the introduction of their diseases into me by having the common courtesy of wearing a mask. 

It is very dangerous to deal with medical professionals. By necessity or perceived necessity, I put myself in very dangerous situations. I learned the hard way that I have to be in self-preservation mode while dealing with these treacherous lying psychopaths who are capable of killing me. You have to tread carefully as you are in the predators’ territory. The quacks have the power to injure or murder you and then cover up the crime with all sorts of lies. I have learned of cases in which providers have put drugs in the rectums of birthing women and killed them. These people are very dangerous and exhibit a classic abuser pattern. The typical features of abuse are the lack of logic and changing rules. It is based on pseudo science, lies, conspiracy, and pure evil. Their ingratitude to their patients makes them less human. These imitations of a human do not act in the best interest of the patient.

It is truly astonishing, that there are so many “medical professionals” who engage in medical quackery and do not belong in the medical field. I am wondering whether medical schools actively discourage critical thinking or the scientific method in medical school. Most doctors I interacted with have little to no critical thinking skills and cannot seem to conceptualize things like cause and effect.

If these charlatans attempt to blame my body for my iatrogenic injuries in my criminal case as they did in the Cease & Desist letter they mailed me, they will have a very hard time proving that. 

If someone asks me what is just one measure of health I would use to quantify the health status of a human, I, as a regular lay person using common sense, would say: a healthy and strong cardiovascular system. Why? If the cardiovascular system is very powerful this means that the other body systems are working decently, or at least, compensating well. I was iron poisoned with 90 mg of iron for three months prior to the delivery, enough to damage just about anybody, or at the very minimum give them preeclampsia, and my cardiovascular system withstood it. I was almost bled to death during the delivery, enough to kill just about anybody else, and my cardiovascular system withstood it. I self poisoned myself with enormous quantities of disgusting processed food (and I have receipts to prove it) for almost six years after the delivery and my cardiovascular system withstood that too. I am not proud of my processed food addiction. It was an easy way out to deal with extremely uncontrollable trauma based intrusive thoughts. The intrusive thoughts were so unbearable that I almost pulled all of my hair out due to the distress they caused me. I had to shave my head for a while. Processed food is like a drug and kept my negative thoughts more manageable. Thankfully, as I am creating this report and getting closer to a resolution of all this criminality, I feel more at peace and I do not need the processed food any more. 

My immune system managed to withstand major blows too. Iron poisoning, blood loss, physical, mental, emotional trauma, and processed food addiction are very damaging to the immune system. My immune system managed to withstand the hospital acquired acute bacterial vaginosis for a month and half before it was cleared with antibiotics.

On Mother’s Day this year, a member in one of my Facebook health groups posted a request to all the members to thank our mothers because we are the reason for their urine leakage as they cough. I found the post so offensive and triggering that I do not associate with this group any more. Childbirth is not a pathology and undisturbed natural labor to a healthy woman will never damage her genital tract. I sustained the most extreme genital tract injuries due to my attack and I do not have any urine leakage with or without coughing. A strong and powerful body does not get damaged easily. This is a testament to my powerful sphincters and a very high quality body.

My body never failed me, people failed my body. Any false accusations blaming my body for its injuries will not hold water at my criminal trial.

Medicine has a lot of sociopaths and lazy people who engage in the deepest criminal deception and who are there for the paycheck without earning it. These people engage in racketeering as well as aiding and abetting fraud in addition to unjust enrichment. They are crooks, hosers and posers. I no longer can trust any medical person as there are so many liars. They love their fancy lifestyle. It is extremely disheartening to see medical professionals behaving so poorly. It is not the place of a paid service provider to belittle their clients. How dare a medical professional, laugh at or slander their clients, who are supposed to trust in them. 

You cannot escape facts. Palm Beach County has an approximately 30% c-section rate and an approximately 80% induction rate. This is an extremely large intervention rate for a normal physiological process. Childbirth is not a pathology. Why so many interventions? This clearly speaks to a service that has every right to be questioned. Do not blame the people doing the most logical thing and actually questioning, when that should have been the medical authorities’ job. Forcing medical interventions on a patient, especially a healthy patient is a matter of grave importance. Attacking or coercing patients is not doing the medical profession any favors. The medical professionals must work for the patient, not the other way around. They lie that the benefits out weigh the risks for unnecessary medical interventions. For whom? When a victim, or a rare occurrence as they refer to them, is injured, think about the following. This person will need lifelong management of their activities. They, in far too many cases, will never lead a normal life. The way the medical community has been treating victims of iatrogenic injuries and those who have chosen to make medical decisions for themselves based on their research, personal history, or staying in accordance with their beliefs, is absolutely reprehensible. 

Medical professionals must not force their opinions on patients, they state what they know and allow their patients to make the best decision. 

I will give a piece of advice to the medical community. Listen! Take the time to understand! If you are not willing or able to do that, this is not the right profession for you. Do not sell something you do not have. The patient is not the one behaving irrationally, you have lost your sense of direction. You are the servant, not the served. You are someone that is breaking the trust and confidence of the patient.

It should have been you, to first explain to a patient, why you want to do a medical procedure. However, the sad reality is this, it was not you. Laziness and profit are not excuses and they are extremely unprofessional. 

You are guilty of criminal medical malpractice. You are guilty of abandonment of your duty. You do not do your due diligence and do not give your clients all the vital information needed to make a truly informed decision. In fact, you do not give the patient the opportunity to even make a decision! A patient must have a say in their medical care. I would think anyone with at least one working brain cell would walk away if given truthful, informed consent. Do not blame the patient for your dereliction of duty! 

Most medical professionals are psychopaths and lack a sense of remorse or empathy with others. They can be extremely charming and are experts at using talk to charm and hypnotize their prey. The sad truth is they are corrupt to the bone.

Clearly, the medical professionals do not prioritize the actual health and wellbeing of patients. Are they even interested in that topic? And since I can see that these are cunning, crafty and ambitious people, they are not stupid. Whatever they do is not by accident, but deliberate, including going down the checklist of what they will confess. Currently, they are stuck on the story of sincere and competent guardians of patients’ health. This is not even close. Only psychopaths would inflict something like this on an unsuspecting and trusting populace. 

The people who work in the medical field will do anything for money. Their primary goal is profit and this leads to a lot of iatrogenic injuries. Healthcare should be about health goals, not profit goals, and not motivated by withdrawing the most profit from each patient. I am disgusted with the depth of unethical misconduct. These “pillars” of society have no business leading anybody anywhere. They engage in manipulation, deception, and destruction. The engine of their exploits is fear-based medicine for profit generation. They really look at the patient as their prey. Their prescription for the patient’s health is the destruction of the patient’s health.

These people are not concerned about doing the ethical and moral thing. They only care about keeping their medical license, their money, or their "status" in society. Most of these medical professionals are wickedly evil. If these "medical professionals" would do the right thing and state for the record the horrific ruination of lives due to their “care,” we would have many more healthy people. But no, these evil people put their lust for status, money, finery, and things first.

Apparently, the childbirth business is so rife with assaults that a birth rights organization by the name of Birth Monopoly felt compelled to produce the following obstetric violence prevention tips.

This is not normal prosocial behavior. Coercion and fraud must have no place in the medical field. These are experiences that no one should go through, we should not be fearing medical professionals. Criminals and gangsters have no place in the medical field. These are not true medical professionals, these are criminals that are professional liars pretending to be medical professionals. These people know nothing about health, neither how to create health, nor how to sustain or regain health. These people destroy health.

I had to decipher truth through biases and half truths from all angles. The sheer number of complicit people to put into place and maintain into place the fear-based medical system is mind numbing and is a reflection of how many evil people exist in the world. Medical professionals do not advise us thinking what is best for us, they advise us thinking what is best for them. They deliberately scare patients by giving false information, and once the patient gets scared their job is done. They can extract as much money as possible from the miserable patient in the pretext of saving their life, but in reality they are destroying the patient’s life. They are very manipulative and fool normal people like me. I do not know what I do not know, I cannot see what is not shown completely, it is hard for me to make the right decision as these people lie to my face. Then the predators look like benevolent geniuses when they offer their non-solutions to problems, they have actually created themselves.

It is truly frightening that a group of people that are supposed to be above the average intelligence of most, in reality, are lacking in true wisdom. I used to think there was still a modicum of true wisdom in the allopathic medical system. What I have seen over the past almost 6 years has stripped me of that belief, once and for all. These people are predatory, deranged, pathological, and otherwise insane entities. It is so sad that society keeps these people in high esteem as role models. They are nothing more than self entitled predators with criminal conduct so brazen and egregious that they will take advantage of vulnerable victims for profit. The lies, the synthetic vibe of the “care” they provide is sickening. 

It is unconscionable to ignore evidence-based medicine. These people promote fear-based medicine, not evidence-based medicine. How can so much corruption be covered up for so long? The key way they do that is by normalizing the damage. The childbirth business has been exploiting mothers and babies for decades through falsifying research to make it appear that these unethical and unsafe procedures yield results to justify their use. They have normalized pushing in childbirth, coneheads, hemorrhoids, active management of the delivery of the placenta, artificial rupture of the membranes, episiotomies, rape, cutting the umbilical cord prior to the delivery of the placenta, blood loss, tearing, “misdiagnosis” of the normal hemodilution of pregnancy as iron deficiency anemia and poisoning patients with detrimental iron supplementation, and hospital acquired infections as normal part of childbirth. None of this is normal. There is something seriously wrong with people that have no problem torturing patients this way and trying to legitimize it by using the misnomer of “care.” This is profit making cruelty by hurting innocent and trusting patients. These are crimes against humanity, centered upon the need to earn vast profits.

The Florida Department of Health and the Agency for Healthcare Administration operate with zero oversight and complete opacity. Over the course of years now, witnessing their response to my multiple complaints, I concluded that they are doing everything perfectly wrong. How could we have such incompetence in these institutions and the local and state governments? I came to the inescapable conclusion that their response is too perfect, too well coordinated. There is something very sinister happening here. The providers aided by the health authorities piously wave the flag of safety to force patients into medical procedures for profit. These parasitic predators are manipulative and call evil good and good evil. These procedures are not safe, they are very unsafe. The most troubling part of the medical “business” to me is the lack of transparency and accountability. The medical authorities love to force patients into medical procedures, but they refuse to be held accountable when injuries occur. There is a desperate lack of real information on medical assaults. The health authorities remain fully complicit in this by dismissing the legitimacy of patients’ complaints about being assaulted. The health authorities protect providers at a terrible cost to the patients, not just in dollars, but because of the sheer volume of people affected by iatrogenic injuries.

For a long time, medicine has been like a guild with secret knowledge, keeping patients on the outside. Truth propels this medical cult deeper into pseudo-beliefs and truth telling is defamed. Fear-based medicine uses such tactics as the presence of fear, confusion, anxiety, urgency, the use of blame, the use of ridicule and unfounded accusations, the widespread use of censorship, suppression of contrary viewpoints and information, and the use of coercion. These techniques are well known and are used by cults as psychological weapons on their prey. They are usually very effective and often invisible. The medical cult has developed a culture of crimes against humanity, especially after the introduction of Rockefeller medicine over 100 years ago. The promoters of medical interventions ignore real evidence-based medicine and use grossly underhanded tactics of fear mongering and outright lies about health to demonize complaining patients and those who ask intelligent questions about patient safety.

The unbelievably stone cold, evil and depraved attitude and behavior of most medical professionals showcases their total complete disregard for life or suffering. I have nothing but utter contempt for these vile, evil psychopaths. The whole spectrum of this abuse has been created by lies and deceit and medical records’ falsification on a scale that absolutely beggars belief. It makes one wonder whether manipulative deceivers of this depth and extent are still human beings. These people do not like to be held accountable and they do not want the truth to see the light of day. These crimes cannot be brought to a dead stop until these people and institutions are held accountable in a criminal court of law.

This evasion of responsibility ensures that those that cause the injuries are granted a free pass to go and cause more injuries. Nothing in managed modern medicine is safe. This is the hidden subtext that underlines all licensed medical interventions. The medical standard of care has become a slaughterhouse of iatrogenic disasters. To put yourself into medical hands might very well be the signing of your own death warrant. This minefield of dangerous interventions that kill and maim in the name of altruistic intentions is swept under the carpet of responsibility evasion, whereby the rights of the individual as a consumer that pays for a service and receives instead "no service" or even worse, a disservice leading to criminal malpractice that carries no penalty for the instigator.

Iatrogenic injuries are one of the biggest killers of humans in the USA. This is a huge condemnation on the licensed medical profession. Not only is nothing done about it, the trends are indicating a worsening of affairs. The power structure of managed modern medicine has to move into the hands of the consumer. The consumer pays the bills. Why does the consumer not call the tune? A perverted and evil society supports a perverted and evil medical system.

These criminals have developed a hierarchical order of confession. They would prefer we believe that they are only there to help the patient. In order to do that, they must first convince the victim that help is necessary and that usually requires that they develop a threat as much as they project competence and compassion. Then, even if they fail, they can still fall back on “good intentions.”  So incompetence is not as indicting as it perhaps should be. After pretending to help, successfully or not, come a series of other ignoble foibles that can still be written off to human nature, such as career ambitions, politics, or greed. Beyond that, we enter into the more nefarious areas of the spectrum, such as the deliberate intention to harm or kill.

Fraud eviscerates all liability protection for medical procedures. Unfortunately, the powers that be refuse to prosecute. Why would the health authorities sit on evidence like that? I am dealing with narcissistic psychopaths, but even the blatant coverup cannot wash away the truth. Our civil servants have become our uncivil masters, all for the sake of criminal profit. Most people will continue to go to work every day for an evil entity rather than face the discomfort of disrupting their lives. Some are ignorant, but it is very hard to miss the true nature of their employers so a great many are knowingly accepting the fraud. It is about misery for profit. Their greed is an addiction supported by dollars. Power over others is another issue, but money makes that possible too. Every dollar we spend on the predators supports them.

One has to accept that there is no limit to the deception, lies and murderous intent that the medical cartel has imposed on us. It is a monumental effort to unravel the tangled web of deceit of “medical care” with scant regard to health and wellness. The predators have perfected the art of deception and rip apart the fabric of society. They burden people living with these events with intense pressure.

People do not want to face the reality of the shadow side of life. I have been so frustrated with people talking about the “errors.” These are not errors, these are preplanned crimes against humanity. What is the point of reporting abuse if our own health authorities are going to take it upon themselves to bury that report in a drawer? The health authorities failed to respond to my allegations with the utmost seriousness and urgency that they deserved and refused to prosecute the responsible institutions and individuals. Why? In addition to the inaction of the health authorities, Good Samaritan Medical Center not only minimized my allegations, but claimed that my allegations had “no merit.” This made me feel like my abuse did not count and it was not a big deal.

There is no question that most medical providers are monsters and horrific predators. The health authorities are their enablers by failing to keep them accountable, they all look the other way. If I were in the health authorities’ shoes, I would be talking to the Florida Attorney General, and I would be saying, “You need to prosecute.” They do not want to do that because the people working for these institutions and their families are benefiting from the injustice to others. The health authorities create an environment that stops differentiating the opinions of limited, not-quite-normal people from those of normal, reasonable persons and this opens the door for activation of pathological factors of a various nature to start operating. Thus the current medical system has devolved into the exact opposite of “First do no harm” ("Primum non nocere"). The issue is the brutal selfishness of these predators who are so immature that they live in a make-believe world that it is justifiable that they can get rich without earning it. These are just predatory bullies who want something for nothing.

The “helpers” were there to “help” me get rid of my money. All the while nature gives its majesty for free. It is quite alarming how misled the majority of the population is. This enables psychopaths to weaponize fear for gain against the ignorant population. Perhaps the most tragic part about how the population has been dumbed down is their high level of self esteem, even being unaware of their own lack of knowledge. Too many people have been dummied down and convinced that they must rely on the “experts" because health is simply too complex for them to understand. How much would the health of regular people change, if, instead of being told to rely on the “experts,” people came to understand that they are responsible for educating themselves and making their own health decisions? How revolutionary would that be in changing society?

I wanted to give these people the benefit of the doubt, but they were disgusting. The mentality of medical professionals sadly permeates through every facet of what they do. These people deliberately cause harm for profit. This evil must be extinguished. Each and everyone of these very sick individuals must be stopped and all institutions involved punished. These crimes are as audacious as they are grotesque. I was subjected to the most depraved aggressive atrocities of violence and cruelty when I was at my most vulnerable.

The patient is being robbed, swindled, conned, poisoned, infected, mutilated, murdered, and treated like dirt. It is painful to face the extent of evil in the world, because it means we are swimming in an ocean of dark forces. Notwithstanding, facing this fact is a necessary first step before any constructive transformation can occur. It means realizing what is presented at face value by everyone you meet is only the tip of the iceberg and discerning what lies underneath is critical. The discoveries can truly be shocking and bitter remedy!

For the medical profession crime does pay. Medical treatments for injuries that are clearly not the fault of the victim bring a huge financial bonanza to the medical cartel. The iatrogenic damage often cannot be repaired and the medical cartel creates a patient for life. It is very difficult to hold medical professionals criminally liable for the perpetration of deliberate iatrogenic injuries and fraud. In the very unlikely situation that a victim qualifies for civil litigation and gets paid some compensation, it is not proportionate to the harm caused by the injuries. It is time the government stops being blind to this travesty. We all know where their “investigations” go, a road to nowhere because it is the fox guarding the hen house and this has been going on for decades. 

Civil litigation is not a substitute for criminal litigation and in the state of Florida civil medical malpractice cases are a laughing stock. Only wrongful death and the so called “serious injuries” cases are profitably litigated. Unlike healthcare and money, justice and money do go together. The more money a victim has, the higher the likelihood that they will obtain justice. What is defined as a “serious injury” is often arbitrary. Midwife Philbin operated under the license of Berto Lopez, while I was a patient at Good Samaritan Medical Center. Botched circumcisions caught my attention among a litany of Berto Lopez’ escapades in a published article about him. Per the article, Lopez completely amputated the penis of one boy and partially severed the penis of another. Surprisingly, these are considered serious iatrogenic injuries and the families of the injured victims initiated civil litigation. The hypocrisy beggars belief. I had my vagina severely permanently injured due to medical treatment performed on me for no reason and without informed consent and I did not qualify for civil litigation while the circumcision victims who wanted treatment and agreed to treatment qualified for a “serious injury” designation for their iatrogenic injuries. Since when is a penis more valuable than a vagina? A penis has never been and will never be more valuable than a vagina. This misogyny of the law has to change immediately.

Out of sheer intellectual curiosity, I researched why people circumcise. Being a reasonable person, I assumed that circumcisions are performed due to a medical necessity and I wanted to see what medical conditions warrant circumcision. My research revealed that circumcisions are performed en masse in the United States without a medical necessity. My opinion of the intelligence of my fellow United States citizens fell dramatically. Are people really that stupid? Medical interventions can save your life in a medical necessity, butchering a healthy body has no benefits. I read the fake research promoted by Anthony Fauci about circumcision and infections, and common sense tells you, it is a fraud, it is the other way around. Are you willing to remove your eyelids to fight eye infections? Anthony Fauci has lost the plot by believing that he knows better than nature, an obvious delusion. I even came across some Christians defending circumcision as “biblical.” I researched this too and not surprisingly this reason turned out to be a fraud too. Jesus and the Apostles were circumcised because this was a requirement under Mosaic Law. All of these figures were born under Mosaic Law. Once Jesus died on the cross Mosaic Law became null and void, including its bizarre rituals. A Christian gets saved by faith, not by performing bizarre rituals. In fact, Apostle Paul condemns circumcisions performed for religious purposes.

 

'Listen! I, Paul, am telling you that if you let yourselves be circumcised, Christ will be of no benefit to you. Once again I testify to every man who lets himself be circumcised that he is obliged to obey the entire law. You who want to be justified by the law have cut yourselves off from Christ; you have fallen away from grace.' (Gal. 5:1-4)

What Apostle Paul meant is that if you perform one ritual of Mosaic Law, you deny salvation by faith (Christ) and now you are bound by all rituals of Mosaic Law to be right with God. You have to choose between Mosaic Law (salvation by performing bizarre rituals) or Christ (salvation by faith), you cannot have both. 

My research led me to the inescapable conclusion that many so called Christians are fraudsters, who have never read the Bible.

In my life, I use common sense, and it does not even occur to me to circumcise anybody or perform a medical procedure without a medical necessity. I am interested in truth only. Neither bizarre rituals, nor faith are of any interest to me. I am surrounded by fraudsters from all angles in my life. 

Whatever the non medical reasons for circumcision are, the medical cartel is happy to oblige and promote the fraud. An uncircumcised penis is for free, a circumcised one pays their bills. 

The medical cartel does this all the time, they engage in many, many frauds for profit. One interesting fraud of the past was removing tonsils and adenoids en mass in the United States. Intact tonsils and adenoids are for free, their removal pays the bills of the medical cartel. The vast majority of old Americans fell victim to the fraud and have no tonsils or adenoids. When I first learned about this fraud, I thought the person, who told me about it, was pulling my leg. This person was so brainwashed that she also claimed that my tonsils and adenoids must have been removed too. I can assure you that my tonsils and adenoids are intact. The vast majority of the world lives with intact tonsils, adenoids, and penises and enjoys life better with the necessary body parts. There is nothing better than an intact healthy body. 

One is left speechless, where the patient pays to have the patient essentially: intentionally damaged. It does no good to turn away from the facts. Such a strategy is plain and simple a crime. 

The numerous crimes of aggression and violations of my individual rights must be prosecuted. This matter is as important as the Nuremberg Trials at the end of World War II. After World War II, in 1947, the world adopted the Nuremberg Code. The first principle of this Code establishes that the voluntary consent of the human subject in a medical procedure is absolutely essential. The general public has a right to have their individual rights upheld in a hospital and feel safe there. Our bodies are sovereign territories, not property of the government. A right to bodily integrity has to be very high on the list of essential freedoms, and it cannot be denied that forced medical procedures interrupt the body’s integrity. My criminal case is a needed public service as it is relevant to all Floridians, who do not want to be attacked and raped in a hospital.

The perpetrators must face the rule of law with regard to their actions. There is only one defense against criminality, the application of the rule of law. The rule of law applies to everyone. All attorneys employed by the government can be challenged if they fail to respond to an application for due process, they may be seen as aiding and abetting the crime that The People have requested be placed under due process. They are never above the law, ever. According to the law, no healthcare provider has any right to tell others what they can or cannot do with their own bodies. All medical interventions must have the patient's informed consent! If they do not have it, then the action is illegal!

The role of a government is to produce law. We, the citizens, agree to abide by the law and accept that our actions have a pay back that permits us to live our lives within the framework of the law in peace and without disruption from anyone, including our government. That abiding with the laws enacted by government, is a very simple and basic requirement of citizenship. That simple statement carries us into our relationship with any government; for to be the source of the law requires that a government must abide with any and all law itself. This is not a negotiable; this is fact, for if any government ever turns away from the rule of law it enacts, its very legitimacy is destroyed. Governments must abide by the law they enact for the whole concept to work. What I have found myself through my dealings with the government is that in fact, that relationship has broken down. That the government is quite prepared to ignore their own law, if that will suit their own purposes. I believe that we have to face the truth of this breakdown and seek a way forward; back to re-establishing the full rule of law by government itself. A great part of the problem is that attorneys employed by the government today, have lost contact with their ethics. By that, I mean that the high principle engendered by the concept of the rule of law has been usurped. Rather than abide by the rule of law to the highest ethical standards and accept that sometimes even a great government can have duties engendered by the law it enacts; the principle of unjust, unethical actions designed to usurp the true meaning of the law, rather than strictly abide has gained credence and today, the rule of law is as a result irrelevant to the government. 

The government has placed itself into the position of both being the source of all law while at the same time, refusing to accept the responsibilities engendered by the rule of law. This makes such a government lawless. If a government makes itself lawless in one area of the law, it undermines all the law of that government. A lawless government, as with any other criminal, becomes illegitimate and throws away its standing in all areas of the law. You cannot have government making law on the one hand that it expects all others to abide by when, on the other hand, that same government blatantly refuses to accept the same laws apply to themselves. There must be no defense against criminality by any government agency, at any time, and for any reason. No so called law can protect such criminality.

The attack against me is an obvious and egregious case of extreme criminality that must be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Forcing unnecessary medical treatments on a healthy person without a diagnosis of a medical issue and without informed consent is an extreme violation of the law. Even in a dire case of a medical emergency, treatment must be necessary to be forced on a patient. Forcing treatment on a healthy person who does not need any treatment, especially without informed consent free of coercion, is a crime that beggars belief. 

The impact or penetration of sovereign human bodies without informed consent is called assault. All medical treatment, including preventive medical treatment, can only be performed with informed consent, except in very extraordinary circumstances. My life was endangered with needless treatments to treat a healthy person who did not need any treatment and the actions of the providers were truly horrific, barbaric and inhumane. Medical care must be necessary. There is no benefit to treating a healthy person for no reason.

The medical staff was so drastically indifferent to their responsibility to care for me that they butchered my healthy body that did not require any medical care for no reason. I was subjected to the most vicious, gruesome, deranged, and depraved acts of violence and the government refuses to apply the law to itself and prosecute the perpetrators, including itself. Criminal cases are not brought by individuals but by government prosecutors who work on behalf of the victims and The State alike. Unfortunately, the government is part of all this carnage and the very profitable business of iatrogenesis and wants to sweep everything under the rug. I am pretty much alone out here. I realized that waiting for the government to come to the front in this war for my benefit will never happen unless I write this report with the correct facts for the public and put the government in a position in which it cannot hide its lawlessness any more. And we are supposed to “look up to” these horrible people in authority. To realize that their agendas are not honorable is an enormous blow.

At a crime scene, we accept the testimony of an eye witness, regardless if they are a janitor or a forensic pathologist. Their testimony is extremely valuable information. Why does their testimony matter most? Because they were there. They, more than anyone else, know exactly what happened. The testimony of victims of obstetric violence must be accepted and valued. The gaslighting, shaming and belittling of these victims must stop. It is necessary to stop protecting the most corrupt industry on this planet and start listening to the victims. The perpetrators deserve to be punished, their conduct is reprehensible. The evidence also paints a picture of the institutions involved as focused on attacking, undermining, or ignoring the victims who raise concerns. This is how they "win," by making the victims think they have already lost the battle and it is hopeless to get them. There is a lack of accountability. The government is not exactly sending the perpetrators a message not to do this again by doing nothing about it. Obstetric violence is rampant in the childbirth business and needs to be addressed. From a spiritual perspective, this is truly evil. To suppress the truth and deliberately suppress the natural propensity to make our own choices about our own bodies and health, is simply put immoral and cruel. History instructs us that the human capacity to realize the depth of the sadistic impulse that one human considers another human as a source of release from their drive to destroy life and inflict pain is limited. Most normal people cannot take a sadist at their word, therefore many ignore the warning signs as they are governed by disbelief. That some humans have no moral code is not understood by those that have a moral code. 

The criminal judicial branch of government has to step in and fix this mess, which it is empowered to do. But the Florida Department of Health criminally refuses to approach the criminal judicial branch and give it the jurisdiction to do the right thing. Once the picture is seen clearly the criminal judicial branch will come to understand that taking the correct action can change countless lives of birthing people. The addition of a jury also makes the chances of prevailing ironclad. What juror wants to be butchered in a hospital, supposedly a safe place, for no other reason than extra profits and convenience? No jury has had the chance to see any of the evidence for 6 years.

It is the duty of all citizens, who believe a crime has been committed to report their concerns to the police. I have acted to report the crimes against me to several hundred police officers and sheriffs. The law is there to defend all of us against such evils and stupidities as I experienced. The way out of this criminality is through the application of the rule of law.

One of the reasons the world has devolved to this point is that all those who have claimed to taken up the responsibility of law enforcement are either astoundingly inadequate or the enemy. I witnessed huge disconnect in reasoning, logic and intelligence in so many law enforcement officers. None of the police officers had the necessary comprehension skills, none of them could sustain a prolonged eye contact in a conversation, none of them could carry a coherent conversation, and only a couple seemed like genuinely good people who did not seem bothered by me and did want to help, but did not know how. I went to the West Palm Beach Police office to report a crime four times and I even visited the nearby State Attorney office out of desperation. It turned out to be a dead end endeavor. The man who talked to me at the State Attorney office was laughing at me that I dared to think that medical professionals, hospitals, and health authorities can be criminally prosecuted. He said “You agreed to treatment.” I told him that I never agreed to treatment as I never needed any treatment. I was brutalized through fraud and deception into medically unjustifiable “medical procedures” that almost killed me. He blamed me for my abuse. 

No patient deserves to suffer like this. It is not the patient’s fault for getting attacked. This behavior absolutely has to be punished in a court of law. The perpetrators must be punished, not the victim. The culture of victim shaming has to be eradicated. People who are raped or abused, even here in the United States, are often blamed for their own rape or abuse. That is one reason that so many rape and abuse victims try to hide what happened instead of reporting it. This has to change immediately.

The State Attorney officer also claimed that criminal litigation is not worth it because I would not get any compensation through a criminal trial. This man is incompetent at best, or a liar at worst. Criminal trials can and do provide financial restitution to victims. I do not like how the state of Florida calculates the injury money in civil medical malpractice litigation cases. I also do not like that the civil lawyers get a huge chunk of the injury money. My criminal case does not even have a medical malpractice issue at its core as there was nothing to malpractice, I was healthy and I did not need any medical treatment whatsoever. This is an attempted capital murder case and there is no price too high for the right to own my body.

My criminal litigation will be extraordinary for numerous reasons, including the fact that abuse was inflicted by multiple dishonest people and institutions with deviant problems, and the calculated and systematic nature of the abuse and torture. A lot of victims go the safe route and stay silent. Abusers count on their victims being quiet. This is a lot of weight to carry for my personality as I find this suffocating. Silence in the face of evil is itself evil. Not to speak is to speak. Not to act is to act. The perpetrators provided nothing beneficial to my health. If I had never had prenatal and delivery “care,” I would have been unscathed and healthy and I would have never met the subsequent providers who feasted on my misery and wanted to capitalize on my iatrogenic injuries. I was severely brutalized along the way by a hurricane of insults, attacks for speaking up, discrimination, Cease & Desist letters, censorship, indifference, the blatant cruelty where people are aware of something so serious and they just walk away or do not care, cover it up, or try to take advantage of my situation, corruption, and lies. It beggars belief. If I did not put in the extraordinary effort to conduct my own investigation the perpetrators would have undoubtably gotten away with the crime. The depravity of this is astounding. The fact that I persevered despite the attacks is a testament to my tenacity and the truth of my cause. I was deliberately disfigured by “the help” causing me the utmost pain, distress and degradation. My injuries are not the result of one sudden eruption of violence. They were caused over a long period of time, and are so extensive and terrible because I was deliberately and systematically tortured. The medical “helpers” are in the business of iatrogenic injuries as they are very profitable. Having a major injury come up in my life like that was like getting hit in the face with a brick and all of a sudden my whole view of everything I thought my life was going to be was forced to change. I experienced a catalogue of depravity, cruelty, brutality, callousness and viciousness in my interactions with the medical “help.”

These people use fear and terror tactics to defraud. Fraud vitiates everything it touches. The medical professionals are in the business of draining and trashing checking accounts also known as “saving lives.” Patients in fear are the perfect prey as they readily submit to authority. Fear is the number one destroyer of freedom. The greater your fear, the more you will obey, and the more you obey, the more freedom you must give up. People in panic and desperation will do anything to get relief and are very easily manipulated. One of the characteristics of a panic attack or an anxiety attack is the loss of the ability to think. You become helpless and confused. Fear is a prerequisite for effective brainwashing.

Benevolence does not use fear mongering, cult worship, legalese, belittlement, threats, Cease & Desist letters, coercion, attacks, brutality, cruelty, savagery, tyranny, punishment, or hatred to control patients.

Most patients believe that those in positions of power have their best interest in mind, when in fact the exact opposite is true. Patients are victims to a system that is designed to take advantage of them. A system that uses them as a cash register, and treats them like another number. I suffer greatly because I put my faith in other people with letters at the end of their names. I put my trust in medical professionals who will not lose a second of sleep at night thinking about the harm they cause. These people are psychopaths who have no conscience and no remorse, no chemical empathetic response to other people. They deny, deny, and deny and are remorseless. I cannot count the number of times medical professionals produced the sound that accompanies an indifferent shoulder shrug with their mouths to my complaints, a callous response to an important matter when the responder is shirking all responsibility. This evil needs to be exposed. These monsters must be held to account. They are traitors. This is getting to the point you cannot trust anybody anymore. These people have a history of violence and torture and still have the freedom to go and do it again.

What shocked me the most is the silence, willful misconduct and willful blindness of the health institutions. They know what I know. The health institutions and medical professionals engage in a systematic grooming effort toward the creation of irrational fear- and terror-based medicine for profit. The underlying motivation of this psychological fear and terror campaign is the nurturing of dependency on the healthcare system. Fear is used as the method of control because fear paralyzes rational thinking. People who are terrified cannot reason their way through a problem logically. The people in real authority showed me how truly debased they are. The medical system is illogical, unfair, broken and based on nothing. This is the stark reality. This is an orchestrated criminal racquet.

The medical professionals have been weaponized against the patients, have gone off the rails, and have become desperate in censoring medical truth for profit. These “experts” were not wrong. They were lying from the outset and need to pay dearly for their crimes against me. They scared me into procedures that were of benefit to them, pretending that they were of benefit to me. Their crimes must be reconciled. There was no lack of facts and data, right from the start, proving their decisions were deliberately dangerous, destructive and profit oriented. The medical professionals have to be held accountable. They did not just lie once and then changed course. No, they have doubled, tripled and quadrupled down on lies, even in the face of overwhelming evidence that they are lying. Am I supposed to “let bygones be bygones?” 

We have to set the record straight, so everyone actually knows what the truth is, and then we have to make sure these kinds of fraud cannot be committed again. This will also require rewriting the law. Moving forward, we also likely need to radically reassess the role of the health authorities. Health authorities must be held accountable for decisions based on lies. They must be held accountable for their fraud and deception. These entities perpetuate the lie that medical professionals do not injure patients deliberately and hide their crimes under the umbrella of negligence, ignorance, or miscommunication. Medical professionals do deliberately and systematically injure patients. I am one of these patients. They are free to keep on injuring us, as long as we keep thinking that they cannot be that evil. The crucial point is that those intent on injuring us have been protected from discovery and punishment by our own inability to think that that can possibly be true. Once you snap out of the fantasy of their benevolence, you face the fact that, yes, they are that evil. All the institutions we have been taught to trust and the medical establishment have been corrupted by that evil.

A medical system that pushes unwanted medical treatments that do not work on patients is a wrong that has to be righted. Medical interventions must be voluntary and medically justifiable. The patient must have the right to allow or disallow medical interventions, or else we become a society that does not treat self ownership as an inviolable premise, and that does not recognize the individual’s sovereignty over himself or herself. These people appropriated my perfectly good body and destroyed it to serve their own selfish interests. Individual rights supersede laws and rules. I have the right to be secure in my person. I have the right for my private property (my one and only precious body) not to be taken for public use without just compensation. I am also entitled to due process when my individual rights are violated. 

Can it get any more obvious that these "medical procedures" were never meant to be medical procedures, but profit generating tools? They are merely tagged as medical procedures to confuse and rob the victim better. This is intentional malfeasance. They were very aware of what these “medical procedures” would do and should be held accountable for it. Until the protagonists are apprehended, charged and brought to trial this continues like a rehearsal and it is not helping patients. My criminal case will be a part of an actual solution that can have a huge and positive effect to legally remedy such situations. The criminal judicial branch of government has to stop this madness. The attack against me happened in 2017 and it is intolerable, unacceptable, and unrealistic for a patient to be expected to exert such a monumental effort to initiate criminal prosecution. To accomplish this project I enlisted the help of several thousand people, most of them strangers. I talked to mothers, joined Facebook health groups, read many health articles, used forums and comment sections of health websites, and anything in my path that could be of help to me. I had to conduct the investigative work of the agencies that were supposed to protect me as they refused to do their jobs. 

Truth is treason in the empire of lies. The health authorities and medical professionals lie a lot. The lies are pure fantasy, but massive in scope and delivered with sincerity. Most people are reluctant to consider that someone in a position of authority would completely ignore all semblance of reality and assume the lies must be true as fabricating information to that extent in those circumstances seems to defy logic.

The psychopathic abusers scapegoat their victims. They do an awful lot of damage to patients in the name of helping them. They are nothing but liars, cheaters, thieves, and wolves in sheep’s clothing ready to pounce on their next victim in a coordinated attack with calculated intentionality. They have no tolerance for discussing the truth. There is no evidence to substantiate their false “treatments.” All my injuries are iatrogenic.

Forced medical treatment on a healthy person without a valid diagnosis of a medical issue must never, ever happen. A medical professional must be barred from treating a medical problem that does not exist. Healthy people need no treatment. My inalienable individual rights to my most precious property, my one and only body, must not be violated. Time is not a healer in crimes of extreme violence and aggression causing serious bodily or mental harm unless the trauma they cause is addressed seriously. The health authorities cannot simply accept what is clearly wrong and engage in a felony criminal conspiracy to defraud me of justice. The ongoing criminal conduct and longtime propensity for violence of medical professionals has to be stopped in its tracks and the health authorities have to ensure that treatment without a diagnosis never happens again. Otherwise the dysfunction and dangerous behavior continues to get worse. Patients must be entitled to an environment free of fear, abuse, and torture.

I want to see the medical field evolve from a fear-based model for profit to an evidence-based model for health.

The jury in the criminal trial will want to propel this evolution. What juror wants to go to a hospital and be defrauded into bizarre rituals of exceptionally sadistic and psychopathic nature under the guise of “medical procedures” without any diagnosis of a medical issue and no informed consent? Who wants that? What healthy person wants to undergo medical procedures that do not have any medical justification? What juror wants to be crushed by a vertically-integrated, synchronized cascade of crimes on a scale that is hard to fathom?

Reality in the medical field has become an “Alice in Wonderland” production, and few notice the psychosis of it all. Those in authority do not even try to hide special interests anymore from the public. Plain and utter absurdity and ridiculousness rule. I have made the decision that, unless I have some massive traumatic injury and have nothing to lose anyway, I want nothing to do with the current industrialized fraud-based medical system.
